New Sun Rise is awesome. They did a great job cleaning our floors -- tile and grout. Looks brand new. We contacted them and within 2 days we had clean floors. Real fair pricing and their team is so friendly. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

These guys are in fact INCREDIBLE. Brandon and Dylan are Angels. I have asthma, and my mom has COPD and on a fixed budget. They not only worked with our budget, but went above and beyond for our health reasons. These guys have a good heart my mom and I would and will recommend them to EVERYBODY!!! Fantastic company. Fantastic staff.

We booked this company after a negative experience with another company and were thoroughly impressed! They give you a 2 hour appointment window, but still showed up on time at 8am. The tech was sociable and friendly, the carpets and couch look great. We would definitely use them again!

Update on second visit. Mia reached out and rescheduled another crew lead by Cody to come back. The preformed the job quickly and we’re professionals. Unfortunate that another had to complete the job, and it had to be rescheduled. Just read carefully what you are contracting and paying for. The carpets cleaning is satisfactory. First time using this company. They didn’t go over the service offered in the special. This resulted in me paying $60 for spot treatment. That’s ok. I understand. But after they were finished I asked if the bed (on wheels). Was rolled over and cleaned under. I was told that they would need those instructions before starting the clean. So $89 special for two rooms. Up charge $60. And told it was my fault for not telling them, to move the bed. Also left a trail of water spots as they walked out. I was not happy and cleaned that up myself although it was offered after the payment was collected. The job lasted 30 minutes. Not the least expensive with the special but not quality either.

I was made an appointment to have my carpet cleaned and no one ever showed up to clean my carpet. I called before the cleaner was supposed to show up and asked when they would come and they said the cleaner would call/ text me when they were on the way and no one ever did. I waited all day for a call/ text and nothing. No one showed up so i just ended up not getting my carpet cleaned. No one ever called back to reschedule or explain what happened.

I responded to an FB ad to inquire about their service cost since I schedule frequent carpet cleanings, and it's great to have options. Upon seeing their prices, I honestly stated I pay less for more elsewhere... Sunrise charges $95 for one room. Carpet Masters charges $80 for up to two rooms and does a great job. Sunrise replied that they have clients that pay more for less. I was taken aback that they stated they charge their clients more money for less service. I replied, "Lol. Ok." since it seemed comical to me that they would admit they charge more for less, but I still wondered if they were just being sarcastic. Still considering them as a potential future option, I then asked what truck mount they're running. But... Sunrise blocked me. What a joke, and an excellent way to lose potential future business.

Carpet crew showed up on time and were super efficient with their work. Unfortunately, they neglected to move one of the beds and a loveseat as they had agreed, so I called them back and let them know. Branden was all over taking care of it and showed up himself to make sure it was done personally! I really appreciate a company that stands behind their work. He also took the time to give me some very valuable carpet care advice, that has already shown dividends. I would definitely recommend New Sunrise Cleaning and Restoration to others and plan on calling them again if I find a need for one of their many services.

Cody was very professional, hard working, and fast but with keeping quality first. Cody was informative and explained the entire process. It's hard to find people these days that love what they do, have a passion for it, and deliver excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their services. The company scheduled me the same day I called after two other companies canceled my appointment. It's convenient they have their own water and you don't have to worry about giving them a water source to hook up to. Very satisfied customer and I'll be calling them again. I give them 15 stars. 5 stars for the 3 areas they cleaned.
