New Smile Dentistry, Dr. Esteves, Tia and Donna are phenomenal. I needed an emergency visit and they worked me into their schedule the same day. After my visit with Dr Esteves, Tia went out of her way to help me schedule endodontic treatment by calling different practices for availability and prices. I highly recommend this practice. They are by far the best!

My husband has been visiting this office, and the staff has consistently provided professional, high-quality care. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone has been welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. We are very satisfied with the level of professionalism and compassion shown toward my husband. Highly recommended.

Dr. Esteves and Mily were absolutely wonderful. I came in for a last minute tooth extraction of my wisdom tooth. She made it so smooth and simple and most importantly PAIN FREE. Mily was there to help calm and relax me during the procedure. Dr. Esteves was extremely reassuring and personable. Thank you so much for making this easy for me. I’ll miss your humming and music. But I already made an appointment for my husband and I to make this our regular spot. 100% recommend.

The staff here is great! Kind, friendly, professional.. Dr. Esteves always takes a moment to engage on a personal level. My hygienist is normally Belal, he's amazing gentle and thorough. And Mily, Mily is such a sweetheart, soft spoken and very sweet.. they are all professionals and love what they do and they show it in their work and the way they speak to each other and us patients.

We've been coming here for many years and the staff has been very direct and helpful for my kids and myself. Through emergency extractions and basic cleanings I've never had to worry. An extra shout out to Tia, her patience knows no limits!

I really neglected my teeth in my 20s, and after losing a tooth about eight years ago, I just stopped smiling in pictures. But with the incredible support from every single staff member at New Smile Dentistry and Dr. Esteves, I can happily smile again! Thank you for creating a game plan to fix my teeth that was both timely and cost-effective. A special shoutout to Tia for being transparent with pricing from the start; it really helped me plan and save accordingly. Today was my first dental visit in years because I'm terrified of the going to the dentist.I was incredibly nervous. The entire staff here have made me feel so comfortable and so at peace and ease my anxiety so quickly. Im so grateful to Dr Esteves and her entire team, a huge thank you to the whole staff for such a positive first experience.

Great dentist office. Had a cleaning today and they were running behind but they actually called me and let me know I could arrive a little bit later. So I arrived later and they took me right back. I couldn't believe that happened. My teeth feel great too.

Absolutely disappointed with the billing practices at New Smile Dentistry. The billing department is a complete scam. I was charged for services—specifically dental X-rays—after they were done, without anyone informing me in advance that they wouldn’t be covered or that a deductible applied. No one took the time to verify benefits or get my authorization beforehand. It feels deceptive and dishonest. Transparency is the bare minimum I expect from any healthcare provider. Instead, I got hit with surprise charges and zero accountability. If you value clear communication and ethical billing, look elsewhere.

It was my first time there and they all made me feel comfortable. I had some great conversations with the Dentist and her Assistant. We laughed and talked like we were friends. I found my new Dentist office!
