Called this morning with an urgent matter, and Holly was able to get me right in, got all my X-rays and work done same day! The dentist, and dental hygienist We were very kind, making sure I was comfortable the whole time And did a great job and got it all done in a timely manner. I love this dentist office 10/10 would recommend!!

My step-daughter had a severe SYSTEMIC reaction after the injection of the anesthetic - that we later learned from the ER was due to it entering her BLOODSTREAM through a blood vessel - we were told due to an error on how it was administered by Dr. Farid Mastali. The office did not call 911 until after almost 1-2 hours of my daughter suffering the effects. The ER said this should have never happened and would not happen with an experienced and well-trained dental professional. I seriously doubt that my case is unique. I am sure her mother is listed as an emergency contact and she was never called. To NewSmile Dentistry: This is called Freedom of Speech and it is never slander when one speaks the truth.

Short waiting time, friendly staff and very professional dental hygenist that was gentle and personable. Would recommend this office for your dental needs.

The environment is clean, calm, and modern—exactly what you hope for when visiting the dentist. Dr. Farid Mastali and the entire team made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and took great care throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Holli was amazing and made me feel very safe and reassured with the onboarding process of switching dentists. Holly was an awesome hygienist who explained everything as she went. Overall an amazing experience 10/10 recommend!!

They messed up my smile gave me a gap tooth cost me money and my career took a dip on income they billed my insurance said they would fix it then wanted me to fix their mess up and pay them again the lady in the front was so rude and disrespectful I also asked them for my medical records they said it takes days to get it emailed to me and I never got it. Worst part is I made the appointment at this place by mistake when I was trying to call Greenberg dental who did my teeth twice and never messed up now every dentist want to charge me $4,000 to fix new smile dentistry screw up! I went from so many compliments on my smile to not even smiling anymore thanks to new smile dentistry I hate this place with a passion

Terrifying experience is what my daughter experienced here. We have come to learn that the severe systemic reaction that she experienced was the result of the epinephrine being injected into a blood vessel - something totally avoidable and does not happen with a skilled dentist. The anesthetic injection is basic and required for ANY dental work to be performed, so the fact that this occurred speaks volumes. My daughter suffered needlessly for approximately 2 hours before the office of Dr. FARID MASTALI decided to call 911. Note: yesterday this website had 480 positive reviews; today it shows 560 (in less than 24 hours). The "reputation management" companies are hard at work here! BEWARE

I'm extremely disappointed with New Smile Dentistry of Altamonte Springs. They have repeatedly canceled my appointments, showing a complete lack of consideration for their patients' time and health. Initially, they rescheduled my Saturday appointment for over a month, only to cancel it again a month later, citing the same excuse of the "doctor having an emergency." This kind of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable. I've taken it upon myself to notify my insurance provider about their incompetence and lack of regard for their patients' well-being.

Excellent dental experience. Dental hygienist Holly is the best. The dentist filled a cavity and I didn’t even have an appointment. I would give my experience a 10.
