Highly recommended. I got into a minor accident and had my Honda Clarity repaired here. I am very picky about my car which is a blessing and a curse. They got the job done and will fix the tiniest imperfections for you. Alex and Irene, and the workers there are friendly and down to earth and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. I also love how detail oriented Alex is. I appreciate how Alex is trying to make his customers happy. The quality of work is excellent as well.

What I originally thought would be a minor repair turned out to have additional damage. They were very thorough and took the initiative to have the insurance company come out and inspect the additional damage, making sure everything was properly taken care of. They kept the process moving and completed the repairs in a timely manner. When I got my car back, I was amazed and it looks absolutely beautiful! It honestly feels and looks like I’m driving a brand-new car. 😊 I’m so grateful for the exceptional care, attention to detail, and wonderful service I received. A+++ service from start to finish. Alex, the owner, really takes pride in his work and it shows. I brought in my BMW with several issues that had been piling up over the years. I’ve had the car for seven years, so it was definitely time to give it some attention. The driver and passenger side airbag sensor faults were a big concern, my headlights were badly oxidized and cloudy, and I also had multiple large scratches. Alex took care of everything in a timely manner, and the car looks so much better now. He was honest, professional, and paid attention to the details. It’s not easy to find a shop that combines quality work with great customer service, but this place does. Highly recommend New Smile Auto Body.

Second Review: I had a rear-end collision and took my car to New Smile Auto Shop based on a good past experience. However, this visit was disappointing. I had collision coverage, and insurance paid for the repairs. First of all, the shop missed the wheel alignment after the repair even though insurance covered it—whether they were overwhelmed with work or simply overlooked it, I’m not sure. The day after picking up the car, I drove it on the highway and experienced severe pulling to the left and right. I struggled to keep the car balanced and could have easily gotten into a serious accident. When I brought the car back, Alex tried to argue that it might have been caused by potholes in the LA area, but it was clearly from the collision. The alignment was off by a full degree, which is a massive, dangerous error. To their credit, they fixed the alignment quickly, which I appreciate. However, while my trunk only had minimal damage, they replaced it entirely, and the replacement feels cheap and flimsy compared to the original OEM part. When a shop charges $10,000 for a repair, you expect the car to be restored to pre-accident condition. I just hope they didn't miss anything else they were paid to fix. First Review: Recently my car got into an accident. It got some damage in the rear bumper. I was looking for a body shop and found the new smile auto body which has so many good reviews. I talked with Alfredo about the damage and costs. He took time and helped to understand the processes. He also gave me a ride home that day. It took around 2 and a half weeks. In between, they provided me with any updates on insurance procedures. When I went to receive my car, I couldn't recognize any of the dent and damage it had before. Also, they cleaned the car both inside and outside. The process was very smooth and they were very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Alfredo and Eddie and the crew restored my 2001 Toyota Solara convertible to its original beauty at a fraction of the cost of other body shops. They worked with me on fixing old dents and dings, and found replacement parts I thought no longer existed. They also had a car delivered for me to rent while mine was in the shop. Above and beyond is the the phrase I’d use to define this shop. Got rear ended, hit on the front drivers side all in one go. I heard of this shop from word of mouth from a short and funny man whom I hold dear, and can definitely attest that they’ve shown nothing but the best. Great work with my vehicle from the shop team, great customer service from the office team, and Alex is definitely a needle in a hay stack, the kind of person you need with stressful situations such as these. New Smile Auto Body did a great job replacing the headlights on my Lexus IS 250. I bought aftermarket headlights myself and brought them in, and they installed them for me at a reasonable price. They were good with their timing, straightforward about the price, and the whole process was smooth. Customer service was great too — everyone was polite, professional, and helpful.
