From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They gave me a clear and fair estimate, and they stayed in touch throughout the whole repair process. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing like nothing had ever happened. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was smooth, and they paid attention to every little detail. They finished the job on time, and the customer service was awesome from start to finish. If you need any auto body repairs, I highly recommend New Smile Auto Body. They’re professional, honest, and truly care about doing great work.

Alfredo and Eddie and the crew restored my 2001 Toyota Solara convertible to its original beauty at a fraction of the cost of other body shops. They worked with me on fixing old dents and dings, and found replacement parts I thought no longer existed. They also had a car delivered for me to rent while mine was in the shop. All this done with the Smile that’s in the company name. I can’t recommend New Smile Auto Body enough. Thank you all for your excellent work!

It’s been a car accident kind of year for me first January 2024 then November 2024. Driving in LA is a threat to genuine wellbeing. My cars rear door was smashed in and couldn’t even open. It was horrible. I didn’t know where to take my car. Most places didn’t seem right when I spoke to the owner. Then I came here to New Smile and they certainly made the car accident become a distant memory. They went above and beyond with genuine care, service and production. After the initial deposit, they got my car parts shipped out brand new and in a timely manner. Then they fixed my car in merely 2 days! Impeccable job done on my car. They were generous to me by fixing additional damage that occurred beside the major damage. I’m fortunate and forever grateful to everyone that helped me back on the road! Thank you so much!

Above and beyond is the the phrase I’d use to define this shop. Got rear ended, hit on the front drivers side all in one go. I heard of this shop from word of mouth from a short and funny man whom I hold dear, and can definitely attest that they’ve shown nothing but the best. Great work with my vehicle from the shop team, great customer service from the office team, and Alex is definitely a needle in a hay stack, the kind of person you need with stressful situations such as these. It’s been an absolute pleasure and a real heaven’s send. For after getting my vehicle back I can say, New Smile Auto Body truly brought a smile to my face. A shop you can definitely trust. An outstanding business in every respect!! I had an accident that left my car undrivable on the side of the road. I called New Smile Auto Body and they arranged a tow within a couple hours. When the car and I arrived at the shop they were super courteous and immediately went to work assessing the damage and got me a detailed estimate within 30 minutes!! This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

10/10 body shop. Totally professional and customer oriented. My Corolla got side swiped while parked, the driver side needed repairs. They fixed it good as new, and even fixed smaller scratches free of charge! This is the second car I've brought here and I can honestly say their work still amazes me. Best in the business and totally affordable! I hope I don't have to get any more cars fixed, but if I do, I'm coming back for sure.
