We had a very good experience with Erick and his team of professionals after a major roof leak resulted in water damage and mold growing behind the tiles in a bathroom. Despite the job being larger than expected, they were able to pivot quickly to address the mold and rebuild the bathroom (now with a new walk-in shower). They did top-notch work and kept the mess to a minimum, too. One caveat: these guys are in demand and seem to juggle lots of jobs, so your project might take a bit longer. But the results are worth it.

We had a garage fire in March. We interviewed a number of companies to do the restoration work, including several from ABQ. We chose New Mexico Restoration because of their excellent reviews and that they are Santa Fe based. We are very pleased with the completed restoration. The quality of workmanship was very good, and they kept the work site clean, and adjoining undamaged areas protected from the restoration work. There were times when we wished for better communication from them regarding schedule and progress, but overall, we were pleased that we chose New Mexico Restoration for our fire damage repair and would recommend them.

Our contact person, Erik Rios was extremely helpful during our reconstruction. He was always available when we had questions or issues, both in person and on the phone. We were pleased with the job NM Restoration did for us….a good experience in a stressful time.

After months of looking for a contractor to restore the water damage in my house, New Mexico Restoration came in looked at the damage and told me that the prior company hadn’t removed the total damaged walls. They quickly addressed the issue and immediately started the restoration process. They were all very professional and the work is spectacular! They helped me turn a catastrophe into a beautiful remodel! I have been recommending them to everyone!

I can’t praise NM Restoration enough! While we were away last Thanksgiving, a water pipe broke in our home and flooded the entire guest side of the house! We got home late on a Saturday, but they arrived to clean up the water within 90 mins of my call. The crew stopped the leak, sucked up all the water, moved our furniture & rugs and then set fans that night. They also immediately started meticulously documenting the whole thing for insurance purposes! We had our family including young children scheduled to arrive for early Christmas in 2 weeks and NM Restoration saved our holiday!! They swooped in right away and completed the major water remediation (including tearing out and redoing walls and even refinishing our damaged bath vanity) finishing right on time! The “3 Davids” were so great! David “The Son” ran the project faithfully and was courteous and accommodating throughout. David “The Owner” enabled the job to be done quickly and worked with insurance for several weeks to get everything properly paid. But it was David “The Dad” who was amazing…he was in charge of all the work that was done and he did almost all of it himself with just his good helper! He did a fantastic job…we had just had that area repainted a few months prior and by the time he finished, it looked better than before! He was also diligent and worked long hard hours to get this project done on time for us…we appreciated so much his hard work and attention to detail. Further, after the holidays we had another water issue and I contacted David “The Son” who got their plumbers over to my house ASAP to take care of it! I certainly recommend NM Restoration: We have done some major renovations since moving to Santa Fe and they are the best and most reliable contractors we have used!

Amazing job from New Mexico Restoration. I called on a Monday after learning about a leak in my rental property. The first man I spoke to told me they could come out the next day to take a look but I guess it didn't get put in the calendar. The next day I spoke to David who apologized for the miss and was able to take a look that afternoon. I got an estimate by Wednesday and work was completed by Friday! Great guys, super communicative and they did a great job. I really appreciate their ability to get the job done so quickly!

So glad I picked NM Restoration to repair the water damage in my home. Erick kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and is very knowledgeable with the correct processes in water damage repair. Luis and Alejandro are very talented with the tear down and rebuild. All three are friendly and great workers. I highly recommend!

This is an excellent local company. The recent big rain caused a leak in our roof and fallen plaster from the ceiling. We called a well known restoration company, which took our information but never called back. Never. Then I noticed that the New Mexico Restoration website said they were open 24 hours. So I called at 9 on a Sunday evening. Daniel answered the phone and promised to come over the next day, which he did. Within a day, his cousin Erick had begun to remove the fallen plaster along with the neighboring wall, which was wet. He then arranged for a mold inspector, who came over within a few days and found mold. Erick immediately began the remediation, which a subsequent and timely inspection found to be successful. The very next day, David and Israel began the rebuild, which was completed in a couple of days. Throughout the process, Erick and the others were conscientious and respectful. They are a young company. They are eager to grow. And they deserve to.

New Mexico Restoration did a fantastic job on my water leak in my bedroom. They were very professional, took care to not leave a mess during the repair. I can highly recommend them based on my experience.
