I am very pleased with the service that I was provided here. They have my car done on time and the quality of work was exceptional. I did have something in my window that was neon and it got broke during installation. But the Owner/manager quickly grabbed it and told me he would have it fixed for me. Appreciate the service the techs and the sound quality I have now. Worth every penny. This place is highly recommended.

Recently bought audio from 3rd party and came to New Image with no previous purchase from them and they did not disappoint. Talked to Ash in the store and was very helpful about what they needed to supply in order to wire it to my truck, even taking parts from their own product and working with my price. He then presented me to Carlos who worked on the installation and was able to place the knob exactly where I wanted even if it was a tougher place. Everything is hidden and done professionally. Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome straight out the door, hoping to enjoy this for the prolonged future. Great guys and great service!

Sam and New Image Autosports was awesome. Got a new car radio installed and replaced the interior lights. Walked me through how it works and made sure everything was connected. Very knowledge and friendly staff.

Purchased a dash cam from uncle amazon and took it to Sam to have it installed. Was going to shop around and price an install but Sam’s knowledge, confidence and warm personality sold me pretty quick. The shop was well kept, clean and highly professional. Great customer service!I needed to get tint replaced to legal standards, and Sam took me in right away. Great price! Only shop that gave me a deal with not charging for the removal. No hassle and very professional staff.

I worked with Sam directly and he was great. He helped me and gave me a fair price for the install on my subwoofer for my Tesla Model 3. Great customer service, patient and treats you with respect. Even when I had an issue with the AMP I bought 3rd party from EBay he swapped it out and got me hooked up with a better amp that worked out great. Fair, honest and priced great. I will definitely come back here for any audio needs and more. 5 out of 5 service.
