Freddy and his team recently renovated my home’s main living area, which included a fully renovated kitchen, powder bathroom, foyer and stairs, and family room. The New Generation Construction team exceeded our expectations in many ways. Their expertise in wood flooring was evident as the floors look stunning. We were also impressed by their excellent skills in stone and tiling with attention to detail creating a striking and durable finish that we will enjoy for years to come. The painting work was equally beautifully done. This team takes great pride in their crafts. The crews were consistently on-time, clean and courteous. We especially appreciated their flexibility on scheduling when the cabinets were delayed. Freddy worked with us to accommodate the schedule changes and finished the job strongly.

Working with Freddy and his team was a pleasure. From start to finish Freddy worked hard to make sure we were happy. His guys were always prompt and worked hard. Because we were not available on site Freddy sent picture updates along the way. When issues arose Freddy came up with solutions and made sure we were satisfied. We are so glad we chose New Generation Construction for our project.

We had great service from this company! The crew was always on time and did fast and excellent work. Our project was finished on time and the entire staff is friendly and really listen to work with what we needed. We had a large project and it was completed quickly and professionally. I chose to use some creativity in my project and Fredy and his crew were really willing to work with me on that. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a home construction project.

New Generation Construction did a great job with our projects: replacing some siding on one side of our house, replacing a door, and building and attaching a new shed to that side of the house. We appreciated the workers' craftsmanship and attention to detail and are very happy with the finished work. Freddy and his crew worked hard to understand what we wanted and had good suggestions that made it even better than we hoped for. And the final cost was very close to the estimate and an excellent value for the money. We definitely will be asking them to do more work for us in the future.

We had the most exceptional experience working with Fredy and his crew at New Generation Construction. Working with with his design partner, Fredy's team completed from start to finish our entire kitchen replacement. This included complete new cabinets, new stone countertop, new tiling, installation of new appliances, new range hood venting to outside, plumbing connection repairs, elecrical wiring updated to code. Additional work extended beyond the kitchen including wood floor replacement for the entire main floor continuous with kitchen, all walls and baseboards on entire main floor repainted, as well as drywall repair. During the entire process from start to finish Fredy and his crew provided expert guidance, maintained communication and were always availalbe for questions. Fredy and his installers were timely, friendly, and clearly worked with utmost craftsmanship. The final result was flawless and all of our (very few) concerns were completely resolved to our 100% satisfaction. I fully recommend New Generation Construction for *any* services that they provide, and I will not hesitate to call them for any future projects.

What a great experience we had doing our bathroom! New Generation Construction does impeccable work. We will be doing our kitchen this winter, can't wait. We are very excited knowing we have a company we can trust completely.

The job - exterior power washing/caulking/painting 4 story house built into a steep hill with minimum spacing between our house and neighbors on both sides and a steep hill at the bottom. VERY challenging - several contractors said they could not /would not do it. Why we think they're great: 1. Detailed bid and reasonable pricing. 2. ON TIME - the contact was signed in January with a July start (as this was a two week exterior job, dry weather was needed.). They started July 11. 3. Great communication - we got a call mid June to let us know the start date. Freddy was always quick to respond to questions/requests before and during the job. 4. Capable team AND nice. They did an excellent detailed job, plus our neighbors commented on how respectful they were of people and property. 5. They had the equipment and used it, including 4 story scaffolding and a cherry picker. 6. Brought problems to our attention and fixed them - the side of one porch had some water seepage. Some boards and siding needed to be replaced. It was in a location we would never have noticed. Would we use them again - most definitely. Note: apologies to Freddy and team for the lateness of this review. My bad. It's been almost a year and our house still looks amazing. Thank you!

New Generation Construction took our house from a flood damaged house and made it into our vacation home again. We can’t thank them enough for the work they did and the flexibility they had with us as the project progressed.

Fredy and his crew remodeled our bathroom: floors, wallpaper, vanity, fixtures, toilet and sink, - they did it all, and now it is my favorite room in the whole house! These men are professionals! focused, talented, efficient, and hard working. I highly recommend them for any remodel you want done right!!

The NG Construction team are highly skilled, incredibly nice and professional. We had them replace all of our interior and exterior doors. Based on their excellent work, we’ve asked them to take on other projects, which will soon include a new deck.
