New Covenant Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Covenant plumbing for years now and could not be more pleased. When you call, they are prompt in getting out to do your repair. They are a courteous group of people. Their work is meticulous. Never ever have We used a plumbing company that was more efficient.

I guess it took me a while to realize I never posted a review of this business. Back in November, we had New Covenant Plumbing put in a new toilet for us. It was a more complex install than a standard toilet but they handled it splendidly. This was after waiting on another plumber for a couple of weeks that couldn't get to it. We called New Covenant on a referral from a friend. It wasn't urgent at all since our old toilet sort of worked. Nevertheless they got out to us the same DAY. I thanked them later and told them it really wasn't necessary to get to us that quickly. They said it is part of their business philosophy to get to people that quickly if they can. Their work is reasonably priced as well.

No need to look for another company!!!!! We bought our home in July 2022, knowing it was a fixer upper. We have used no other plumber since we moved in. I cannot tell you how wonderful New Covenant has been. Every technician that comes out is professional, knowledgeable and so very friendly. We have, now had, old cast iron plumbing so you can imagine our issues. About 6 months after we moved in they put in a main house clean out for us. Just over the last two weeks, we had our foundation done and that company found a gas line leak, very scary! New Covenant came out the same day, showed us the problem (with photos) and let us know what needed to be done. They came the very next day, worked around the foundation company, and had all the gas lines replaced in a very short time. After the foundation we noticed the bathtub in our front bathroom was backing up from somewhere. They came out, assessed the issue, and found out what was happening. Just a few days later, they replaced all the drainage pipes under our home, replaced toilet flanges and made sure that everything was sealed, cleaned up and working properly. All in the same day!. I do not know how we got so lucky to find the best Plumbing Company in New Covenant. We have had the best experience and as a first time home buyer, it is SO very important to find people you can trust and know will treat your home the way you would treat it. Everyone from Philip, his son, the technicians and the ladies that work in the office, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! We will see you again to move the Washer and Toilet when we remodel our bathroom but until then, stay blessed!

We could not be happier with our experience. New Covenant recently replaced our entire HVAC system. They communicate well, show up on time and provided great service at a very fair price. They did everything they said they would and more. What compelled me to take the time to leave a review is the respect they had for my property and home. We have had many different major repairs in the last few weeks and it really stood out to me that New Covenant didn't leave a single drop of trash or debris. We weren't home when they did the work but, clearly, they brought a vacuum or something. The house is freezing cold, the components are very quiet and the overall quality of work is top notch. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. A+++

These guys are super professional I’ve hired numerous other a/c companies and not gotten this kind of service. I had to replace my outside unit and it was installed the same day, there are still a couple of kinks going on with my ac unit still but it’s only been a couple of days since it was installed Thursday but I do not blame the company and they are planning on coming in Monday to figure out these unforeseen kinks on what’s going on this this a/c system but even with the kinks I’m having I really appreciate new covenant a/c and plumbing for their knowledge and customer service and outstanding communication… thank you Brandon Fiege

They are great. Cost was low. Work was outstanding. The replace a hot water heater ,checked out my A/C. Checked out my duck work. All with a smile on there face. There my new for life business to call.

These guys were the second plumber that we called, but I sure wish they had been the first! The first guy came out twice without fixing or communicating the problem and I had trouble getting in touch with him. We called New Covenant Plumbing and they came the next day--he immediately saw the problem (a tree grew into my water main) and they fixed it the same day. Not only that, but when I had an issue the next day with something unrelated, he came back to my house and replaced a part inside of my toilet--he didn't charge me for his time or the part that he replaced. This is a great company--knowledgeable, fast, and great communication with me, the customer. Highly recommend!
