Steve and his crew saved the day. They got my house ready for renting it in a time crunch and left no discrepancies behind. Flooring, painting, wall repairs, toilet installs, door repairs. You name it they did it. -They are proficient and effective with their time. I'm glad we found them. I sent a request for flooring quotes online and Steve was the very first to reply within 24 hours; other companies were replying 2-3 days later. -They go above and beyond, do their very best to work with your time frames if possible but definitely try everything they can instead of just saying it can't be done. -Their work is high quality and pricing is very fair. Awesome crew, genuine work from genuine people.

We hired New Beginnings Remodeling with help to paint the downstairs of our house. We're new home owners and a little overwhelmed with the process of fixing our place up, but Steve is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Our house had very unusual challenges from the previous home owners making some ridiculous home improvement choices, but Steve put worked with us to find fixes that worked well for us. We were really happy with the painting process and we'll continue to work with New Beginnings on more projects around the house. I recommend the company, but I would say you should at least give him a chance to make a pitch.

We've worked with Steve at New Beginnings before, this is the second major project we've worked on with New Beginnings. Our home had unused wires, a satellite dish, and damage to the stucco. We also had a new sliding glass door to install (one Steve found for us on clearance and helped us to transport) and a catio kit that needed to be put together and installed. The repair work looks great and the new paint on top really makes a big difference. The sliding glass door works well and looks like it was always there. New Beginnings did a professional job in a tight timeline and always seems to come in with a reasonable price. Both times we've worked with Steve, he's also offered to help with smaller jobs that help with quality of life improvements around the home. He helped replace the weatherstripping on our front door, fixed up an exterior door frame before it was repainted, and power-washed the driveway. It's been great coming home and seeing all the changes.

My home, built in the 1940s, boasts hardwood floors that had undoubtedly seen better days. The years had left the planks scuffed, scratched, and dull. After extensive research, reading countless reviews, and speaking with friends who had undergone similar projects, I settled on Steve’s company New Beginnings Remodeling LLC. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by his professionalism. What set him apart was his willingness to listen to my concerns, answer every question, and provide honest feedback about what to reasonably expect given the age of the floor. The work was completed within the promised timeframe, and I am incredibly pleased with the refreshed look that Steve and his team member Adrian were able to accomplish.

We had a huge tree that had fallen due to high winds in our atrium. Steve did an amazing job!!! He was polite, professional and took care in not breaking the gas line. The cleanup was awesome. I will be contacting him again.

I contacted Steve from NBR to get a quote for patching the stucco all around the house and garage and paint both. Steve came and saw the job, provided a reasonable quote by the next day and started a few days later. His response time and communication was great. He and his crew did an excellent job of fixing cracks and repairing large sections where the stucco had fallen off. They cleaned up after themselves and were always respectful of my property. They did not leave concrete in the plants (as I've had before), or leave a mess for me to clean up. They did their best to match the stucco texture so the patching wouldn't be obvious. Throughout the days he sent me pictures to show me the progress. At the end of each day he asked me if everything was OK. Anything I thought wasn't quite the way I wanted, he fixed. The painting of the house/garage stucco was also well done! They covered what needed to be covered. Only painted what needed to be painted. The plants, hoses and trim did not get painted as I have had previously. We did a walk through after they were done and had cleaned up to make sure I was happy with everything. So I'm ecstatic! I've been burned so many times, I can't believe that I've finally found a company that I want to hire again. Which I have. I'm putting that job on another review. I highly recommend Steve and New Beginnings Remodeling. He does what he says he will, does it well (it isn't just lip service telling you what you want to hear and then doing a poor job). Steve and his crew take pride in what they do, and want the customer to be happy.

About five years ago, we moved to Albuquerque. We were very lucky in finding Steve at New Beginnings Remodeling. He put in new floors and painted the inside of our house, beautifully and very quickly. We recently decided to try and deal with the weeds in the bulk of our backyard and couldn’t decide how to do it affordably. Steve suggested that we use crusher fines over weed prevention fabric. It is beautiful. It was reasonably priced. And the work was done quickly and professionally. There is no professional. I trust more here in Albuquerque. Just a little update to my review. Today is July 24, and it’s quite a while since the wonderful work was done in the backyard. With the heavy rain we’ve had, we found that water dripping off the overhead canopy was causing heavy erosion in the beautiful crusher fine. One call to Steve, and he was here two days later to install some additional concrete to stop all of the erosion. Once again, the work is beautiful and we could not be more pleased. Thank you, Steve. You are definitely one of the best that Albuquerque has to offer.

We used NBR Painting, Flooring & More to paint the interior walls, ceilings, and kitchen cabinets of our new house. They came out and did an estimate the next day which was really appreciated as we had a tight move in deadline. The estimate was very reasonable compared to the other 2 estmates we got & we felt more comfortable going with them because this is an actual business that is licensed & insured. Once we chose them the owner provided me a written estimate within the day & got us on their schedule really quickly, especially considering all of the delays and backlogs in the home improvement industry right now. I was never asked for money up front. The owner actually met me at the store & helped me choose paint & color that would go best with my flooring and furniture. After spending some time with him doing that, I knew I had made the right choice because he was so professional & knowledgeable. When he came to our house to paint he was very professional and worked so quickly. I've never seen anyone work as fast as him! He was also really responsive when we made a few changes to colors on the cabinet during the painting process. We are so happy with the results, our house looks fantastic! I’d use them again in a minute, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I should also mention he did a full walk through with us & didn't ask for payment until he knew we were happy with the job. 10 out 10!! We are replacing our flooring as well before the Holidays in a few months and plan on using them for our flooring installation. That's how much I trust & recommend this business!

My wife and I had NBR painting, flooring and more llc lay 800 sq ft of vinyl planking through out our house. Steve was very personal, knowledgeable and was very helpful in choosing our flooring. During the next three days of the demo and installation of new tile Steve and his crew was very care full , and considerate while moving our furniture around from on side of the room to the other. They made my wife and I very comfortable while working in our in our house. I would recommend NBR painting, and flooring to anybody who has a project coming up to update there house and increase the value then Steve is there man. Raymond st john working in our house
