They took great care of my car and fixed my cracked reservoir quickly without any hassle. What really set them apart, though, was the kindness and heart behind their service. I was completely blown away when they prayed a New Year’s prayer for me (in Jesus' name), Amen — that meant more than words can say. I had an amazing experience at New Beginning Auto Care. I brought in my 2012 Chevy Sonic with engine issues, a check engine light, and a coolant leak — and they handled everything with total honesty and care. He walked me through the whole process, sent me photo updates, explained what was wrong, and showed me all the old parts after repairs. They replaced my spark plugs, valve cover gasket, coolant hose, and radiator cap — all at a fair price with zero upselling. And the cherry on top? They cleaned and detailed my car inside and out — tires, interior, everything. I didn’t even expect that, but it shows how much pride they take in their work.

I recommend it! Anyone looking for a great, dependable, reliable mechanic! Very knowledgeable people that work here. Communication was great, I was notified throughout the process of getting my vehicle back on the road again. Pictures were given when completing the vehicle service on what was fixed. I had valve cover gaskets replaced and was advised of probable future problems that may need attention on vehicle. Car wash was also given without being asked which was great! I got recommended by my friends dad because it is my first car and I don’t know many trustworthy mechanics around. However, Julian proved very quickly why he deserved the recommendation. He is a trustworthy businessman and a thoughtful man of God. He got me in and checked me out and we realized my timing chain needed work. They quoted me, worked on it, made sure to take pictures of their work, and kept me updated. I was very pleased and very happy with the pricing and the quality of their work. During the process they called snd told me my camshaft was also in pretty bad shape which I had to fix as well. I’m guessing because of the unforeseen problem and just his thoughtfulness he said he wanted to surprise me and got me a nice little detailing at the carwash down the street. I don’t know a single mechanic that would be so kind to do that but now I do and I am very pleased to say I will be coming here for years to come. I am very happy and highly recommend him and his mechanics. I will be coming here for any and all repairs or concerns I have in the future.
