What a complete nightmare! The provider i saw for treatment no longer is practicing (without notice)left or got fired due to issues I brought up with the owner previously over phone. I was ordered a genetic test from this provider who didnt order or refer it correctly so it was denied by my insurance and im still making payments on this test. This provider made me have weekly med check sessions over video that literally lasted 7 or 8 minutes each but still charged my insurance for 30 minute $400 sessions! I brought this to the attention of the owner of nueopathway and he reassured me that they'd look into this. I paid my out of pocket 10% each session prior and now 6 months later I have a surprise bill of $126.38 for apparently not paying enough for each session. This place appears to be extremely unorganized in the billing department and how they run things in my experience. I dont know how they have such positive reviews. Their med check appointments cost nearly double then my weekly therapy session that I recieved more benefits from. I would NEVER recommend this place, beware and document as much as you can!

This was my first ever psychiatric appointment, after years of knowing I needed help. Molli was knowledgeable and gentle. I had stressed about the appointment but came away with hope, and a better understanding of what I need, and who I am, as a person.
