@Nest Premium PG ,has been a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, the hygiene standards are excellent, and the overall environment is safe and pleasant. The food is one of the biggest highlights—tasty, hygienic, and prepared with great care, making it feel just like home. 🫶🏻 A heartfelt thank you to the owners for their constant support, care, and efforts in ensuring that residents are comfortable. Special appreciation to the cooking staff for their hard work and dedication in serving delicious meals every day. ❤️ What makes this PG even more special is the way birthdays, festivals, and special occasions are celebrated. Whether it's a resident's birthday, Holi, Vinayaka Chaturthi, or other festive events, the celebrations create a warm family-like atmosphere. The special dishes prepared on these occasions make every celebration memorable and bring everyone together. 🌸✨ For me, Nest Premium PG is more than just a place to stay—it's my second home. I am truly grateful for all the wonderful memories here and would highly recommend this PG to any student at Christ University looking for a comfortable, caring, and homely environment. 💖

Overall, the PG had a lot of positives. The food was good, the security was reassuring, and the amenities were convenient. Hygiene, however, could have been maintained a little better. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the management’s decision to ask us to vacate in May, even though our semester officially ended only at the end of July. We were told that they would “face a loss” and might not be able to find tenants later, despite the fact that PGs in SG Palya generally have a steady demand for tenants. What made the situation even more difficult was that the management later referred to a one-year contract, despite the fact that we had not signed any agreement stating that our stay was only from May to May. We were therefore surprised to be told that we had to leave in May when our academic commitments continued until the end of July. We were also threatened with being charged six months’ additional rent if we chose to stay until the end of our semester. This left us with very little choice but to find another PG for just two months. Finding accommodation for such a short period was extremely difficult and added unnecessary financial and logistical stress. More importantly, the entire ordeal significantly affected my studies and academic routine. Having to suddenly look for alternative accommodation, pack and move, adjust to a completely new place, and deal with the uncertainty surrounding our stay during the final months of the semester created a lot of additional stress at an already demanding time academically. I do want to acknowledge that apart from this issue, the PG itself has many good aspects — the food, security, and amenities are all good. However, the way the accommodation situation was handled and the lack of clarity regarding the supposed contract made the overall experience considerably more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly recommend that future tenants get the exact terms of their stay clearly documented and agreed upon beforehand.

I had a really great experience staying here. The food quality is excellent, with a good variety available every day. Cleanliness and safety are well maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The owners are also very kind and supportive. Overall, everything was very well managed.

This is by far the best girls PG in the area!(Good Lands PG for Ladies - Christ University) It offers the perfect combination of comfort, safety, and affordability. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, power backup, and proper ventilation. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the environment feels just like home. Compared to other PGs nearby, this one offers the best value for money without compromising on quality or security. Highly recommended for students and working professionals looking for a hassle-free stay!

10/10 must visit (for me) because of a particular bengali girl and because it's suitably located for her 1/10 for causing her discomfort by having thin walls, broken tv smaller than laptop screen, poor quality food, 10:30 o clock curfew that prevents her from staying at the library till late.

Everything is good except the room size.

Best Ladies Pg in S.G.Palya. Stayed there for 4 years almost and loved it. Aunty is very warm and welcoming. The food is homely and it is available on time.
