Everything went very well. Maria, Marleen, and Elizabeth were outstanding. From purchasing our plans to having to use them unexpectedly only 6 months later, I was rest assured in the whole process that my wife's wishes would be fulfilled. At her Celebration of Life, our expectations were exceeded beyond measure shown through the beautiful memorial that was uniquly crafted to exemplify my wife's personality.

Our family appreciated working with Jennifer at Neptune Society. She setup my husband's funeral and burial with honors at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery here in San Antonio. We recommend them 100%. We contracted with them in Florida in 2010 but living in Texas now. Local office handled all the details even notifying Social Security!

They were nothing but helpful and kind. When they came and picked up my husband, they were so respectful. The whole process from them picking him up to the cremation and my picking up his ashes was all done without any complication and was handled professionally and compassionately. I was appreciative that I could do it all on the phone and Internet and did not have to leave my house for any of the arrangements. I highly recommend Neptune Society!

During the most devastating time of my life, John Russell was a steady and calming presence. From our first conversation, he listened with patience and compassion. I was severely sleep deprived and asked to revisit the information I had provided, worried I might have misspoken. He never rushed me, never showed frustration, only understanding. His knowledge of various religious traditions was deeply meaningful to me. As a Catholic, I appreciated that he was familiar with current practices, including the option of a remembrance box. His attentiveness to detail reflected true thoughtfulness. Even in small matters such as ensuring a personal item that could not be cremated was still respectfully placed with my spouse’s urn. He demonstrated care that went beyond obligation. I am profoundly grateful for John’s professionalism, empathy, and quiet strength during such a painful chapter. I also chose to have a viewing, and the setting was prepared with exceptional respect. My spouse was treated with dignity and honor, and I was given the priceless opportunity to see him one final time. That meant more than I can adequately express. Finally, receiving the registry book was a beautiful and meaningful touch. Having the obituary thoughtfully consolidated with photographs on each page, including my spouse’s portrait, created something tangible that I will always cherish. I would strongly encourage other families who are grieving to consider adding this package as it becomes more than a keepsake; it becomes part of the legacy.

We had already planned to be cremated and just needed to do it. We kept getting flyers in the mail from Neptune and honestly I threw most of them away. But then we decided to talk to them and see what we thought. Jerry and his wife were so very nice and helpful, not the least bit pushy. We met at a Chili’s and it was just us. Usually they have a group. I liked that it wasn’t a group; it felt more private and intimate discussing our final journey, but that’s just me. We are impressed with the service they provide and the price was quite reasonable. We plan to travel and got their travel package as well. I feel good knowing this is done and my children won’t have to worry about it when the time comes. We did not look at other services, but feel good about our choice and would highly recommend them.

My experience with everyone I've interacted with at Neptune has been excellent. They are very compassionate, professional people who take the job they do very seriously. They have been very supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help the grieving family. Thank you for caring

Jennifer and the team at Neptune were extremely professional and considerate during the process to facilitate my husbands needs. His passing was unexpected but his diligence to find the right cremation service was top exemplary. I’m sure he was very happy to see this team lead by Jennifer to be very compassionate and understanding how this was so difficult. They were responsible for handling both our father's and mother's funeral services. They did a fantastic job always keeping us apprised of the entire process since he was a veteran who was buried at Arlington National and they coordinated everything for us except the reception after the ceremony as that was handled by the family. We highly recommend them for your funeral needs.

As a military veteran I had been receiving advertisements about Neptune Society and their services for many years. Having been blessed with good health, my own mortality was not an immediate concern. As me and my spouse grew older our longevity became more into focus and we then decided to look into what Neptune Society had to offer as far as funeral/burial matters were concerned. When my wife was unexpectedly and suddenly diagnosed with terminal cancer, we knew right away who we needed to contact and plan for her imminent passing. Neptune Society responded immediately to our inquiries and sent a representative to our home to discuss what plans, options, and costs were available to us. The representative was very sympathetic to our situation and thoroughly explained the processes involved in taking care of my wife on the event of her passing. When my wife did eventually pass at home under hospice care, Neptune Society was notified and immediately sent their representatives to retrieve my wife’s remains. My family members were present and very appreciative of the courtesy, empathy, and professionalism Neptune Society displayed in handling and removing our loved one’s remains. They kept us updated and informed during the process of cremation and eventual return of my wife’s funeral urn. Neptune Society alleviated all of our concerns that would be expected at such a time of great loss. I also have a contract with Neptune Society for my own arrangements which I established when making arrangements for my wife. I am grateful for the services they provide and recommend them for anyone facing end of life concerns.
