Everything went very well. Maria, Marleen, and Elizabeth were outstanding. From purchasing our plans to having to use them unexpectedly only 6 months later, I was rest assured in the whole process that my wife's wishes would be fulfilled. At her Celebration of Life, our expectations were exceeded beyond measure shown through the beautiful memorial that was uniquly crafted to exemplify my wife's personality.

Our family appreciated working with Jennifer at Neptune Society. She setup my husband's funeral and burial with honors at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery here in San Antonio. We recommend them 100%.
We contracted with them in Florida in 2010 but living in Texas now. Local office handled all the details even notifying Social Security!
