Neptune Society

A strongly encourage anyone who’s getting up there in age to consider pre-arranging your last wishes with the Neptune Society. Everyone there has been very kind. They’re very knowledgeable and it is a great way to ensure your loved ones. Do not have to have the burden of dealing with your final wishes When you pass away. The Neptune society was very helpful and I encourage And everyone to contact them and prearrange your last wishes. I’m so glad I did.

Neptune is a slam dunk for pre-planning your own arrangements, and easing things for your loved ones when it’s your time to move on. My parents both helped me and my siblings sooo much by having Neptune, when their times came we just had to call and they handled everything with respect to having them taken care of the moment they passed. I loved them in life sooo much, and am soo grateful they had the foresight to utilize Neptune. Neptune was caring, and willing to help however they could. My parents each had it all planned for their services, from the readings to people to call and everything. Neptune assisted with the obituaries, arrangements - everything. I have since setup my own arrangements with them as a result, and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone - make it easier on your loved ones, and be considerate enough to ease their pain and grief when your time comes, pre-plan and remove that burden so they can focus on the memories…

Fantastic company to work with. Very professional, and know what they’re doing. Offer so many different options to make it easy for your families needs. They take care of everything! If I weren’t retiring soon, I’d like to work for this company lol. How amazing that they have finance programs! Just perfect.

They were most cultural in communicating. They went out of their way to meet my needs. They heard what I requested.And what I could pay for they fulfilled.My requests and did not ask me or more.In fact, they offered a less expensive service. What a lovely group of people who work at The Neptune Society of Cleveland! They are dedicated, loving, empathic, and provide guidance every step of the way with the utmost care. Thank you to all during the loss of my brother. It was a shocking sudden loss, and they cared so much for me and my family. God bless all of you greatly. May He bless you and keep you all.

I buried my dad a few years back in absolutely nothing was in place. It was very stressful for me and I did not want to put my son in that situation so I took it upon myself to make sure that my end of life wishes were taken care of the way I wanted them. Losing anyone you love is an incredibly difficult time in one's life and having the finest service possible is necessary and what you get with the Neptune Society. My beloved Mother just passed away and I also have my entire plan chosen and paid for! There's no better choice.

I am very pleased with Neptune. I never heard of it before I met Mary Ann. But they have called and checked on us multiple times. They kept us in the loop of each step being taken. They showed up to retrieve her body right on time. They ask if we would like her face covered. They asked if we like all her items back. She had bought this while living in AZ. And I just called the number and they took care of the rest.

My family and I have had an amazingly smooth process with The Neptune Society. When my husband passed, the representatives came very quickly and handled everything for us. Not only that but the office employee became a distant part of the family! She (they all) supported us in any and every way that we could imagine. There were many questions we asked that were promptly taken care of it. Plus there were processes that we were not even aware of taken care of immediately. Thank you Neptune Society.
