From the time I contacted Neptune Society about cremation service for my brother I was treated with sympathy, kindness,and professional treatment. They made the process easy for me. They were organized,explained each step clearly and kept me informed about what would happen day to day. Their concern for the family surpassed any expectations we had and we were treated with great respect My brother was ,too. I highly recommend that anyone dealing with this difficult time should contact Neptune Society. They helped make it much less painful.

Aimee at Neptune Society was absolutely wonderful to my family and I at one of the hardest times of my life. She made a difficult and heartbreaking process bearable and held my hand through every step. Times were much different when my Dad passed away in 2020 during covid and I had to handle all the decisions, but she exceeded my expectations of any help I would receive. She is so kind and caring. She is also very informed and advocates for her clients families. Thank you Aimee for showing my mother the utmost respect and comforting me in such a time of sadness. Having my parents plan ahead with these arrangements was extremely helpful at the time of their passing. It was truly a wonderful gift to the rest of our family. I found the care, professionalism, and attention to detail at Neptune outstanding. They responded quickly after the call about the death and kept us informed the whole time. We made our own arrangements with their church for the service and internment, but everything that Neptune handled was done well. Strongly recommend.

Neptune is a slam dunk for pre-planning your own arrangements, and easing things for your loved ones when it’s your time to move on. My parents both helped me and my siblings sooo much by having Neptune, when their times came we just had to call and they handled everything with respect to having them taken care of the moment they passed. I loved them in life sooo much, and am soo grateful they had the foresight to utilize Neptune. Neptune was caring, and willing to help however they could. My parents each had it all planned for their services, from the readings to people to call and everything. Neptune assisted with the obituaries, arrangements - everything. I have since setup my own arrangements with them as a result, and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone - make it easier on your loved ones, and be considerate enough to ease their pain and grief when your time comes, pre-plan and remove that burden so they can focus on the memories…

A strongly encourage anyone who’s getting up there in age to consider pre-arranging your last wishes with the Neptune Society. Everyone there has been very kind. They’re very knowledgeable and it is a great way to ensure your loved ones. Do not have to have the burden of dealing with your final wishes When you pass away. The Neptune society was very helpful and I encourage And everyone to contact them and prearrange your last wishes. I’m so glad I did.

Fantastic company to work with. Very professional, and know what they’re doing. Offer so many different options to make it easy for your families needs. They take care of everything! If I weren’t retiring soon, I’d like to work for this company lol. How amazing that they have finance programs! Just perfect.

Aimee from Neptune Society was extraordinarily helpful when my husband died suddenly. She helped me navigate not only the funeral and burial, but helped me begin the lengthy and confusing process of getting his affairs in order.

They were most cultural in communicating. They went out of their way to meet my needs. They heard what I requested.And what I could pay for they fulfilled.My requests and did not ask me or more.In fact, they offered a less expensive service. The more than competitive price and the scattering option sealed the deal.And I am most appreciative
