I very much appreciated Neptune during a difficult time. Having a person available to talk to 24 hrs a day impressed me the most. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and took care of things that needed to be done. They explained each step for the process of the cremation in a very delicate way. Follow through was done down to the very last detail. Thank You Neptune

Autumn Block was absolutely awesome, she was personable and showed how much she cared about our family needs. I cannot say enough great things about Elizabeth, The Neptune society or Heritage Mortuary in Wenatchee. The compassion, care and gentleness they showed mom after her passing but showed myself and my family far exceeded anything I expected. They answered all my questions, even when I repeated myself several times with them. Their patience and compassion show no end. My husband and I have decided we will use them for when our time roles to an end. Thank you for the love and attention you have shown our family during this difficult time. Keith was all in with helping me through every turn when my dad passed away a month ago. He knows his clients are trying to navigate this process while grieving the loss of their loved one and makes it as easy as something so difficult can be. Keith Clinard represented our family's interests after the passing of my father. He answered all my questions and facilitated every step we had to take. I was laid-up at the time, so he arranged for e-signing on the essential documents. He did not try to upsell us on anything we did not want. I highly recommend Neptune's service as things could not have been easier.

My husband recently passed away. His wishes were to be cremated. I called Neptune Society Crematory. Everyone there is caring, compassionate and professional. It was my first experience with cremation and Lucas explained everything thoroughly. He and the others made the whole experience much easier than I imagined. I was very pleased and highly recommend Neptune Crematory to others.

When my mom passed away it was a comfort knowing everything I would need for her was already in place. I simply gave the number to her provider and from there Neptune took over. Neptune called and told me what I could expect to happen and answered all my questions. Nothing was left to chance. It was straightforward and I felt supported in a time I really needed it.

Highly recommend. Staff are kind and caring. They are flexible and always available. Office/building is very nice. You don’t feel like you’re walking into a funeral home as it presents as a comfortable office space. They also follow up on the family several times afterwards.
