Neptune Society

My dad sadly passed away which was one of the hardest things I have had to deal with in life. I had known that my parents set up arrangements years ago with Neptune Society. They had said many times over the years "now when we pass away all you have to do is call this number and they will handle everything" my thought was YEAH YEAH YEAH, thats never gonna happen...well it did 😢 I called that number and talked to the most professional compassionate nicest person on one of the worst days of my life. My parents were right they handled everything making a very difficult time a whole lot easier. I was amazed I had the death certificates in my mail box three days later! If your wish is to make arrangements before your passing so your family doesnt have to I highly recommend Neptune Society 🙏 Robin

My mother was a member of the Neptune society and with her passing everything needed for end of life services was seamlessly provided. As we get older it was important to make end of life decisions to ease the burden for our family. Lori did a great job explaining all the available services and associated costs. We were hoping to get out of life alive but realize that isn't going to happen.

I choose Neptune years ago because of a prior experience. They have always been professional, helpful and caring. I feel your love ones should be treated with the utmost respect and dignity during this extremely hard and traumatic situation. Every person I have dealt with there has been wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Probably one of the best purchases my wife and I ever made. We purchased our plan well over 20 years ago, not expecting to use it for another 20. My wife passed away suddenly and we called Neptune to get the process in motion. The crew responded within an hour or so. I had to leave the room while they collected her body. I had to leave the room while they were doing their thing. There is no way I could have stayed to watch. It took a little over a week for her to be ready. I went with a friend to collect her. Throughout the process it was respectful and dignified. I dont know how I would have handled it without Neptune. As an aside, I wanted an urn that fit her personality rather than the black box. Amazon sells urns that are artful and appropriate.

My mom had prepaid for everything so it made it super easy. We just called them when she passed away in the rehabilitation center and they came and got her. They handled the death certificate filing, creating an online obituary that we can control, they were able to mail her remains back also. They did almost all of the work except for arranging the actual service for her, so since they took all of the other things off my hands I could focus on her service. Highly recommend and plan to use them for my husband and I so our loved ones can have an easy way of handling a lot of stuff so they can grieve.

My father passed away suddenly. and before I was even able to get there the next day, the Neptune Society had dealt with everything. Removing the body, contacting me directly, arranging every detail so I could just focus on the family and making my father's passing as smooth and high spirited as possible. Annie Forrester and her team are stars. My father had arranged this with the Neptune Society 20 years ago, and had everything already prearranged which made this unbelievably easy on the whole family. A very smart move. I highly recommend the Neptune Society for your funeral needs.

Went to a lunch presentation and was pretty much sold on it. Had to leave three messages to fubally get an answer. Made arrangements by phone and once the agreement was ready to sign I had to correct my address plus change Skagit to Whatcom County. Once we both signed, I realized he had me as a male but I'm female. Still waiting for corrected agreement after a week. I still like the policy but expected smoother purchase.

Bradley and the team at Neptune Tacoma did an excellent job with all aspects of helping us after the passing of our father. It's always a difficult time when losing a loved one with so many things that need to be accomplished that no one ever thinks of. Neptune and their team were compassionate as well as so very helpful throughout the whole process.

My mother passed away she had prepaid with Neptune society. They came and picked my mother up and we're very respectful with her body. I worked with Brad he was very kind respectful prompt on getting back to me was able to give me all the information I need. It's a very caring company. I myself are working on pain for the same service when I pass and I believe they will give the same kind caring attention to me as I did my mother. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very thoughtful and respectful during our time of grief. They delivered everything. I had to do nothing. They did an excellent job on my husband's urn.
