My dad sadly passed away which was one of the hardest things I have had to deal with in life. I had known that my parents set up arrangements years ago with Neptune Society. They had said many times over the years "now when we pass away all you have to do is call this number and they will handle everything" my thought was YEAH YEAH YEAH, thats never gonna happen...well it did 😢 I called that number and talked to the most professional compassionate nicest person on one of the worst days of my life. My parents were right they handled everything making a very difficult time a whole lot easier. I was amazed I had the death certificates in my mail box three days later! If your wish is to make arrangements before your passing so your family doesnt have to I highly recommend Neptune Society 🙏

My mother was a member of the Neptune society and with her passing everything needed for end of life services was seamlessly provided. As we get older it was important to make end of life decisions to ease the burden for our family. Lori did a great job explaining all the available services and associated costs. We were hoping to get out of life alive but realize that isn't going to happen.
