Neptune Society

My mother used Neptune Society for taking care of her final wishes and for us, her children, it couldn't have been any more of a blessing than it was. The funeral director we worked with in Daphne, AL, Holly, was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She took care of everything before we could even think of what we needed to take care of next. When my mother signed up a representative from Neptune Society came to the house and spoke with her and I both. The fact that we had moved to Alabama from a different state had made signing with Neptune a good choice. If you plan on taking care of your final wishes before you leave your earthly home, Neptune Society is the way to do it. We have been so happy with their help.

My brother suddenly and unexpectedly passed away shortly after fulfilling his dream of moving to a warm beach town in Florida. His journey to the next life was complicated by a need for special procedures to be performed after his death for research purposes. We had a very good experience with the Neptune Society after our mother passed. So, with many other choices I reached out to the Neptune Society and Holly in Daphne, Alabama. Holly spoke with me directly, carefully listening to my brother’s wishes and our family’s needs. She knew exactly how to coordinate the donation of his organs for research and followed thru seamlessly keeping me informed every step of the way. We chose to lay my brother to rest next to our mother back in California. Holly and the Neptune Society in Daphne Alabama seamlessly coordinated the arrangements with Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale California and for this and all of the above we will be eternally grateful. Neptune Society recently helped me with my Mom’s arrangements. The experience was nothing short of stellar. In a difficult time they handled so many aspects of the process with great care and ease that it felt like family was helping me. Everyone was caring and compassionate and it was just what I needed during this time. They continued to reach out to check on me even after the process was complete. I would highly recommend them.

My mother bought a contract with the Neptune Society over 30 years ago. She passed October 1, 2025. The Neptune Society took care of everything and were absolutely fantastic. I am going to sign up for this service myself. Highly recommend!

In 2016 my sister signed up with Neptune in California. Both of my parents were cremated and that seemed logical to her. In 2018 I moved to Alabama and didn’t find anything here. Recently I received a card promoting Neptune. As this service has been on my mind recently I was pleased. The information both in writing and personal contact has been outstanding. I feel much better knowing that my children do not have to figure this part out along with everything else at that time.

The most caring and generous people I’ve ever met. In the worst time of my life they were there explaining and doing everything necessary so my family was comfortable with my mothers cremation. Thank you Noretta and Holly for everything.
