Neptune Society made my experience with the death of my husband more painless and less complicated than I ever expected. All it to was one phone call and they handled everything without my having to think in an extremely emotional situation. They kept me informed all the way thru the experience while being very understanding of my needs. I also have a policy with them and this experience has given me a sense of peace regarding my family for when I join my husband later. I recommend Neptune Society to everyone in need of an amazing support system.

We researched several pre-planning companies and decided on Neptune Society due to other family members already using them, but also with our own research. They offered a better suite of services than most other companies and their cost came in a good price for our wants and needs.
We worked with John Lawrence and couldn't have been more happy. He explained everything very clearly and answered all questions thoroughly. He did not at anytime pressure us into buying anything we did not want and as I stated above John did explain all the offerings to us clearly and then let us decide what we wanted without pressure or time constraints.
