I cannot thank Buck and Elizabeth with the Portland Neptune Society enough for the care they provided after my mom passed away. During such a heartbreaking time, they were incredibly professional, patient, and, most importantly, compassionate. They walked us through every step, answering all our questions with kindness and even explained other details we might need to know and what to expect for the next couple of months:. They treated our mom/grandma with dignity and made a very difficult experience much easier to manage. Highly recommended.

My parents belonged to the Neptune Society, and after my mother died, and Neptune Society made everything so easy, my husband and I decided we should enroll. We kept putting it off, but finally decided we didn't want our children to have to deal with all that is entailed when someone dies and called. We just finished signing up with Eric Weiller, and not only did he make it easy, he was thoughtful, funny and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him and the Neptune Society.

It was a pleasure working with Eric Weiller. He was helpful in recommending the right coverage based on my needs. Neptune Society was amazing when my husband passed away during the pandemic. We had pre-planned for him and Neptune took care of all the details during an especially difficult time. I don’t know what I would have done without their assistance. I want to give that peace of mind to my loved ones when I die.

Working with the Neptune Society was the best decision I have made. We prepaid for all the details years in advance. They were very clear with direction and guidance when something happened. The funeral director answered all my questions and was able to help me navigate during this time of sadness. We would highly recommend Neptune Society for anyone who is trying to pre-plan so their family doesn’t have to scramble after something has happened to be loved one.

I was considering taking care of my end of life decisions and a friend told me about Neptune. I contacted the office in Portland, Oregon. Jeremy and the other folks in the office could not have been more helpful. There were no hard sales tactics. Jeremy walked me through the options and I made my decisions. He even drove to me for the meeting since I was about 5 hours away from their office. I am so glad I made that phone call and can now rest easy that when my time comes (in another 30 years or so, I’m only 62) my children and loved ones will not have to deal with the details of my passing.

Neptune Cremation Service delivered beautifully on their promise. They dealt with the hospital directly, where my mom was when she passed away, and took care of all business. They were very thoughtful of me, keeping me informed and giving me options to gain whatever closure I needed. Their podcast about dealing with the holidays was very helpful and their thoughtful texts at holidays have been very kind and encouraging!

I would highly recommend Neptune. They were very very kind through this not so great time in my life. I was very impressed with Will, Very nice man. He even remembered my name when I came in to pick up my mom’s ashes. As I was leaving Will told me to call if I needed anything which was so nice of him. I am glad I chose this cremation service for my mom. Thank you Will.

At one of the worst times of our life in the losing of husband father we knew we needed some help. Somebody had suggested to us will go to Neptune and that we did and are we ever glad they were so helpful and so concerned and seemed to be just very interested in our story and our what we’ve been through just like there was nobody else that they had taken care of and we know that’s not true. We are so glad that we went there. I would recommend highly should anybody be caught in this horrid situation? You’ll need all the help you can get and believe you mean Neptune is there to help thank you so much

Neptune has been the most stress free part of having a family member pass. Between great hospice service from Signature Healthcare at Home and Neptune, they worked together to provide complete end of life care. Despite the office being located outside our area, Neptune staff were in touch and followed up on all requests. I can’t imagine how many tasks they took care of for us so I could focus on all the other issues. Thank you for making something difficult so much less stressful.

I worked with Eric Weiller. Was a great guy to deal with I’m happy with my policy and he was very pleasant. My family has had 4 urgent funeral in last 2yrs and Neptune society has been extremely helpful in each case. I highly recommend Neptune society to everyone.
