Neptune Cremation Service

I loved my mom so much. And then she died. In those first moments you just want people to understand how very important and special that person is. The Neptune team who came to move her body were so kind and respectful. Buck was so helpful and arranged a quick viewing for my father who had to come from out of town. My mom looked so beautiful and all the struggle and craziness was gone and she was at rest. I didn’t want to see her but I had to support my dad. I was happy to have seen her one last time. I highly recommend Neptune.

They have been the most compassionate caring patient flexible and personable group of amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a really long time. Every step of the way. And during a time like this they have helped in so many ways. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone I have the opportunity to voice my opinion to. Neptune Society was so wonderful to work with. They were kind and compassionate during a sad time for our family. They went out of their way to help us with getting an urn delivered that my mom had paid for, but we never found and we were not charged. Ben was wonderful as were the ladies in the office.

My Veteran Grandfather set up a package with Neptune before he passed. He passed yesterday. He was in a VA home where they do an honor walk for these veterans. It was set up for them to be here at 9am. All the other veterans, family, and staff were all here before 9 awaiting the walk. It is now past 10am and Neptune still has not shown up. People have left as they cannot physically be up for an hour. This is totally inappropriate. My grandfather will now not get the full honor walk he deserves as they are over an hour late.

I have to say that Neptune creation services Went above and beyond when my mother passed away. They came out in the middle of the night and picked her up. Will was wonderful. He did everything he said he was gonna do in a short amount of time. We got my mother's Ashes. And death certificates. And what I believe to be are very reasonable. Amount of time and I have to thank everybody there for their services. Thank you.

My mom passed away this year. She and my dad have Neptune set up, it was so easy in a time that was so hard on our family. The staff at the front desk are so nice and caring. Our rep Regan was the best, he kept us up to date & answered all of our questions. My husband & I will definitely be using their services.

I couldn't have been more pleased than I was with the service I got from Ann Berger at Neptune. I was in a hurry to purchase pre-planned arrangements due to financial arrangements. Ann was willing to come to my house at 4:30 on a Saturday to accommodate my needs. She was gracious, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the packages and services that Neptune Cremation Services provides.. I couldn't have been happier. In fact I am going to schedule an appointment with Ann to purchase cremation packages for my husband and I this week!

Very easy to sign up, and the customer service was very kind. I don't want my cremation to be a burden financially on my family so I thought this would be the best way. My parents both used this service and we appreciated how easy it was to use.

A few years ago Neptune was recommended to us to assure our children would know exactly how we wanted our final wishes carried out. Two weeks ago my husband passed. I called Neptune and was met with courtesy, sympathy and efficiency. Everyone I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. If you are considering a final plan you won't be sorry for choosing Neptune.
