I cannot thank Buck and Elizabeth with the Portland Neptune Society enough for the care they provided after my mom passed away. During such a heartbreaking time, they were incredibly professional, patient, and, most importantly, compassionate. They walked us through every step, answering all our questions with kindness and even explained other details we might need to know and what to expect for the next couple of months:. They treated our mom/grandma with dignity and made a very difficult experience much easier to manage. Highly recommended.

My parents belonged to the Neptune Society, and after my mother died, and Neptune Society made everything so easy, my husband and I decided we should enroll. We kept putting it off, but finally decided we didn't want our children to have to deal with all that is entailed when someone dies and called. We just finished signing up with Eric Weiller, and not only did he make it easy, he was thoughtful, funny and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him and the Neptune Society.

I was in shock when I called and everyone was friendly, compassionate and knew what to do. I did nothing more. What a blessing! We bought ths policy a long time ago and Neptune knew us right away and took charge. Everything was handled quickly and with care. Thank you so much Neptune. I is comforting for me to know that when the time comes my children will receive the same help and compassion.

I cannot recommend Neptune Cremation Services enough. Having everything set up in advance was truly a gift to myself and my family. When my husband passed away—the hardest time of my life—the process was completely seamless. Not having to worry about the details allowed me to focus on what mattered most. Their professionalism and foresight made a world of difference, and I am so grateful we had this plan in place.

Neptune Cremation Service delivered beautifully on their promise. They dealt with the hospital directly, where my mom was when she passed away, and took care of all business. They were very thoughtful of me, keeping me informed and giving me options to gain whatever closure I needed. Their podcast about dealing with the holidays was very helpful and their thoughtful texts at holidays have been very kind and encouraging!

From the beginning to receiving my fathers ashes, they have been open and caring and resourceful as well. I would highly recommend Neptune. They were very very kind through this not so great time in my life. I was very impressed with Will, Very nice man. He even remembered my name when I came in to pick up my mom’s ashes. As I was leaving Will told me to call if I needed anything which was so nice of him. At one of the worst times of our life in the losing of husband father we knew we needed some help. Somebody had suggested to us will go to Neptune and that we did and are we ever glad they were so helpful and so concerned and seemed to be just very interested in our story and our what we’ve been through just like there was nobody else that they had taken care of and we know that’s not true. We are so glad that we went there. I would recommend highly should anybody be caught in this horrid situation? Elizabeth and Buck, I’m sorry it’s taken so long to drop you this note. I would like to let people know how kind and compassionate and helpful you and Buck were when we needed your help so badly. I loved my mom so much. And then she died. In those first moments you just want people to understand how very important and special that person is. The Neptune team who came to move her body were so kind and respectful. Buck was so helpful and arranged a quick viewing for my father who had to come from out of town. My mom looked so beautiful and all the struggle and craziness was gone and she was at rest. I didn’t want to see her but I had to support my dad. I was happy to have seen her one last time. I highly recommend Neptune.
