I just happened to attend one of Neptune's informational seminars a few days prior to my husband's death ( had no idea his passing would occur so quickly). Their help was invaluable. They were supportive, easy to contact and work with. I bought a plan for myself as well because the plan can move with me from state to state. Additionally, I purchased a plan that will cover the cost of transporting my body should something happen during travels, which would be awful for my children to have to deal with during such a stressful time. I am so happy that I was able to engage their services!!!

The team at Neptune was respectful, kind and compassionate. In our first visit, Staci took the time to really listen to what our wishes were for our deceased family member and aligned the services Neptune offered with those wishes--no high-pressure sales tactics. Staci guided us through the entire process, providing consistent, clear communication regarding what next steps would be; responding to our questions in a timely and caring fashion. She provided upfront transparent information for services and options; there were no surprise fees. Additionally, Neptune provided complimentary services I had not expected, e.g. an obituary on their wrbsite, Social Security and Veterans Administration notifications and handling the process to obtain certified copies of the death certificate. Personally, I really appreciated the Family Assistance Checklist Neptune provided; this list of post-funeral activities and contacts I should consider making to manage the transitions needed after our loved one's passing, has been invaluable. They even offered access to an online bereavement program. In short, Staci made a difficult and emotional time so much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend using Neptune for your funerary needs.

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the process without rushing. Answered all questions and made the process comfortable and seamless. They followed up to make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything. Thank you all for making this time of sorrow easier to go through!

I've used Neptune in California, so when the name was offered to us by the Hospice Nurse, we jumped on it. They were very supportive and helpful. Neptune took care of everything in a timely and efficient manner.

We attended a luncheon meeting to learn more about cremation and Neptune’s services. It was very informative and we were impressed with their menu of services and packages available. We invited Ed DeBrower to our home to finalize our plans. We found Ed to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened carefully and guided us to the package that best fit our needs. We are happy to have the decision made and our plans in place so our daughters don’t have to worry about it at our passing.

My representative, Ed, was very informative, efficient and patient. He shared his experiences and presented reasons why being prepared can aid families at their time of need. I am fully satisfied with my choice of cremation and I feel more secure having a plan already in place for my families peace of mind. Thank you!

The process was so easy and seemed clear at the time. The payment plan seems to be designed to catch customers so they pay the higher cost because it is not explained and does not allow customers to see a monthly statement and has no ability to pay yourself online monthly!

Neptune rep was in the hospital and in spite of my "sky is falling" sure they would never contact me they did and following through even after serious medical set backs they are on the job. So a great review and peace of mind to all.

They made the hardest thing I've ever had to do easier for me, they were respectful and kind and I am glad I chose them to handle my husband's remains.

So nice and easy at a difficult time. Stacey went above and beyond and set up a viewing for our family before the cremation. She also sent a new outer box because ours was damaged when it arrived. Quick response to all our questions
