I had a great experience with this transport service, especially considering it was arranged on short notice. Kenneth was extremely kind, professional, and right on time. I didn’t know how to work my mom’s wheelchair, and instead of rushing, he patiently took the time to figure it out with me. He even gave me a short tutorial on how to use it properly, which I truly appreciated. During a stressful time, his patience and compassion meant so much. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this company!

Kenneth was fantastic! He was great to work with and very accommodating. He helped ensure my dad could join us for Thanksgiving dinner. He was on-time, very courteous and even flexible on the pickup time. I would recommend NEM for anyone needing non-emergency wheelchair transportation.

Kenneth our driver was super accommodating considering he had to patiently wait for an hour and a half delay due to extenuating circumstances. I would highly recommend his services and told him if he ever needed a referral to have them call me!

I highly recommend using NEM Reliable Transport when you need help with moving elderly relatives. We needed help moving my father from Wichita to Springfield, Missouri when he was transitioning to assisted living. Kenneth worked with us every step of the way, making sure his transition would be as smooth as possible. I almost didn’t call because I thought it would be so expensive, but was pleasantly surprised at the affordability of their service. And, our driver, Ms Lisa, was kind and professional and she treated my father with sensitivity and respect. I really can’t imagine it going any better. Thank you, REM Transport!

My mom (Betty Galutia) was transported from Wichita St.Francis hospital to Via Village Nursing Home on Wednesday November 26,2025. She and I (Deborah Estrada her daughter) Can't Say Thank You enough for being patient, Kind,and caring with her. She was very scared and nervous on the Journey back to Manhattan and Kenneth Little made her feel comfortable and cared for and it means a lot to us both. She was even hesitant to even take the ride but reassured her it was going to be OK and she would have a safe trip back to the facility in Manhattan.Kenneth check on her numerous time through the trip and it meant so much to Betty. The re is much gratitude in what you do and a simple Thank You isn't even enough. Again Thank You so much for your generosity and compassion in what you all do to get patients where they need to go with all the love and care for each individual. Ken drove my mom from Denver to Wichita. He was very kind being mindful of all the bumps in the road to not jossle her too much. Very professional and on time. All at a better price than the other companies we looked into. Highly recommend using this company for in town or long distance traveling.
