My mom and I had a great experience! She had several pieces to be looked at that she wanted to sell. We were given a very clear and comprehensive explanation of the jewelry, and what it was. They ended up purchasing 2 of her rings with a fair price. My mom was extremely pleased with their offer, and we left very happy. Their appraiser that day (I think was Randy? I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong) was so lovely to talk with and explained everything. He made us feel comfortable and walked us through the process. It was easy and we would definitely recommend them.

We took in my mother’s wedding rings to be resized for my engagement. Not only were they welcoming and so kind. They helped me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and more! I got my rings back sooner than expected and in beautiful condition. They fit perfectly and looked as if I bought them right out of the shop. Nelson’s also helped my finance find out his ring size. They had a gorgeous selection of jewelry! Most of all they are fair, affordable, and work with you on options. For me, the personalized experience and genuine connection was what really stood out. I needed to re-size my 38 year old wedding ring and they did a wonderful job, especially since it had specific band. It looked like the original band, only now it fits great. They also strengthened the prongs which I didn't consider having an issue but Annie observed that a couple needed to be tightened to secure the center stone. They did an awesome job and completed the work sooner than expected.

Some subtle tactics used to get people in their office. Once so sk es physically there there more apt to sell. I call to get a quote for some scrap silver im selling. Very, very easy silver is x right now and I’ll pay this percentage of it. They try to make it seem much more complicated than it is to get you in there. Also I went in to sell gold about a month ago. Was quoted 600$. I left knowing it was low and the another ship I visited paid me 700$ and I didn’t even sell them everything I had shown Nelson’s. Slimy

My mom and I had the best experience at Nelson. We came to them with a few family heirloom stones that we wanted to incorporate into some new pieces, and worked closely with David to do so. He was so generous with his time and helped us customize exactly what we wanted. He even went out of his way to find some specialized stones for me to incorporate into one of my bands. We felt the prices were reasonable, and the entire team there treated us like welcome customers. We'll definitely go back to them for all of our jewelry needs in the future. I'm glad we found them!

Exceptional customer service. I went to Nelson Estate Jewelers to sell a ring I no longer had a need of. The owner examined my ring and made me an offer, which I originally thought was extremely low. He explained to me that the value was so low because the design was so unique, and not really popular, that he would have a hard time selling it. He freely admitted that he would most likely melt the ring for the gold and reuse the diamonds in another ring. Then he did something I never expected. He gave me his business card with the quote on the back of it and recommended that I try to sell it myself, to see if I could get more in a private sale. He said he would honor his quote for three months and if I couldn't sell the ring for more than what he was willing to offer, I could return for the initial offer. Sure enough, I returned about a month later to take him up on his offer after getting no offers for the ring, even after dropping the price down to match the offer. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell unused jewelry.

I brought my wedding ring set in to have it soldered together yesterday. The entire team were all so kind and personable! They gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other businesses I had talked to, and I decided to have them do the work. Aubrey said it would be ready sometime next week, but I received a call this morning that it was ready!! I was shocked. My ring looks great, and I am so impressed with their customer service. I plan on coming to them for all my future jewelry needs!

This is the best place for all of your jewelry needs. Staff, TOP NOTCH, service TOP NOTCH, and the jewelry is incredible. You need repairs they have you taken care of. I love supporting small businesses and this one is my favorite.

Phenomenal experience! My fiancé and I had both of our rings custom made and we couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. We brought in our own diamonds as well as pictures of the designs we were looking for and they turned out even better than what we showed them. They're both very knowledgeable and immediately knew what would work best for our needs. Amazing customer service as well, Aubrey was quick to respond with updates on the process and pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality custom-made jewelry.

I love this jewelry store. They have a ton of gorgeous pieces, priced reasonably. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The BEST in the Valley.
