Too bad we don’t have a recording of our phone conversation, which would prove that this is the worst service in the area. A mechanic came for a jump start and demanded $400 (which is extremely overpriced for such a service). We agreed only because we were in a hurry. But that’s not even the worst part: he came, did the job, and we sent him an EFS code, since from the beginning the agreement was to pay that way. After some time, this mechanic started blowing up my phone, threatening me, and saying he would start charging me penalties for every minute “lost” just because he couldn’t use the EFS code. He began swearing and making threats.
Not only is the service itself outrageously expensive, but the mechanic was also completely unprofessional and disrespectful, with no idea how to treat customers. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. If you call them, you’ll only regret it and ruin your mood and your day. Stay away from this service!
