You know....not every day is a walk in the park. The guys have busted their butts to make things happen and join the Green Team but mistakes happen. Unfortunately, the guys learned a valuable lesson when it comes to organization inside of a fence company, specifically, Neikos Fence.
Our team lost a critical piece of equipment which is a 3.5 inch diameter piece of metal weighing all of 3 lbs. This tool allows for them to drive their posts into ground using the I-Drive post method.
What came from losing that piece of tool was having to manually drive the pipe 4 ft plus into the earth through rock and hard packed clay with a sledge hammer and a manual driver while we wait for the new tool to arrive. We've since ordered extras, and the team learned a valuable lesson, organization is key to a successful job site.
Despite this small set back. We are confidently stating that we will always drive our mission to serve our grand rapids community by delivering top notch work ethic, along with an unwavering desire to exceed client expectations.
