We're looking for a CEO — Client Experience Officer. This is our spin on the traditional administrative assistant role, with a stronger focus on the client journey and team collaboration.
Here’s what this role includes:
- Intake and management of client information
- Coordination with our team to deliver top-tier service
- Data tracking and reporting
- Occasional inbound sales calls
- Final in-person follow-ups to thank clients and ensure they’re thrilled with our work
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Grand Rapids (some remote work, some in-person). Pay ranges from $18–$24/hr, depending on experience.
