After running my car into our garage door, we called NGD and he was there in 20 minutes. Could have replaced the 1 panel but decided to go ahead and update the door. He came out and provided a thorough inspection of my current garage door and gave me a quote for a new one. I decided to go with Luke after receiving several other quotes. Not only was Luke reasonably priced but he put real effort in meeting my needs and explaining the process. Don't waste time looking for a great garage door company when you can just call Neighborhood Garage Doors and get the service few others offer. Look at the difference in how my house looks. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with this company! My garage door spring broke, and they came out right away to fix it. They took the time to review what was wrong, explained how they were going to fix it, and were very thorough throughout the whole process. They did a great job, cleaned up everything afterward, and made sure the door was working perfectly before they left. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. absolute disgrace, yes they are cheap and more affordable but i guess that means cheaper parts too, its the end of October and we had the exact same problem for the exact same door taken care of end of june, they aren’t willing to cover it, its outside of their 30 day warranty, i asked and was given no answer about the hardware, i was curious if the hardware that failed from back in june is going to be the same kind of hardware im going to be putting back on 4 months later, just to do it again 4 months later again, mind you we rarely use this garage, maybe 3-4 times a week, the technician told us $150 to fix his fix that can’t last 6 months, i get policies and warranties but at some point you have to meet your loyal paying customer in the middle, hate to see a local business act like a big deal corporation.

Best garage door company in Pittsburgh. Luke is dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. They came out quickly when our garage door would not open and got it fixed. This company is awesome.
