Highly, HIGHLY Recommend Neighborhood Creation if you are in the Metro Detroit area! Eduardo and his crew listen to your needs as a customer, and take their time and pay attention to the details of your job- like it's their own. The crew offered suggestions throughout the process for improvements to my project (and no, NOT in a way that seemed like it was pushy, or just trying to drive up cost). PROJECT DETAILS: My project was a 25 yr old inground pool renovation , that required a new 4' concrete skirt that surrounds the pool to be torn out and replaced. The original had settled in many places, causing large gaps by the stairs, and trip hazards everywhere we stepped. The Neighborhood Creation team came in and tore out the old concrete, backfilled and compacted fresh gravel base, reset our handrail anchors, diving board mounts, skimmer box, and inground steps into the new cement. The team worked fast, but took time, and care, to make sure everything was level and neat. They asked questions (and were ready to answer all of mine along the way) to be sure that I, the customer, was happy in the end. As if I wasn't already impressed with the great work ethic of the crew, what set them apart was on their final day of work (removing forms / saw cutting / and cleaning up). The saw cuts were SO much nicer than what they replaced! The crew took a lot of time cleaning up the coping and steps from all of the concrete overflow. During any renovation project, a homeowner should naturally expect a bit of yard repair after a contractor completes a job. Eduardo and his team went the extra step(s) by wiping down gazebo legs, adjacent concrete, cleaning up the yard, backfilling with fresh topsoil (where forms were set), and used a backpack blower to "fluff" up the grass before they left. I can't speak highly enough of the care Neighborhood Creation Concrete provided to make me feel like this was one of their own homes they were working on. Would I recommend them? I already had a quote provided to replace my driveway in the near future. I absolutely would use and refer them again. Great job Neighborhood Creation Concrete! p.s. Ed and crew did an amazing job expanding our patio and replacing our sidewalk. He was knowledgeable, and kept us informed about the project process, any concerns and progress. He was reliable and had great communication. Since the quotation process he answered all of our questions and was able to explain why things would or wouldn’t work out. He was easy to work with, listened to our concerns and addressed them promptly when things didn’t go as planned or when we needed to make adjustments to make sure we ended up with the results that worked best with us and we had dreamed of. He also came back after the project was finished to make some final adjustments, thing other contractors wouldn’t do after receiving all payment. He clearly shows his commitment to outstanding service and delivery with high quality. We can’t wait to enjoy our new patio this summer. 100% recommended and we will for sure use his services for future projects.

Ed and his crew just finished our stamped concrete patio today and I could not be happier! They showed up each morning, worked late, cleaned the job site each day and left us with a patio that we are THRILLED with! Ed is a true craftsman and it shows in his work! For the record, we wanted to reuse our existing fire pit stones. In hindsight we should have Ed pour a concrete pit so it matched the rest of his beautiful work!

Ed and the team are Neighborhood Creation we're prompt, polite, and professional. They did terrific work at a fair price. Ed kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had my driveway, patio, and porch done including some mortar work on my bricks. I'm delighted with the results. Thanks for the good work.

I'm in the process of getting a 10x20 shed for my yard and wanted a concrete pad instead of placing the shed on gravel. I made a couple of calls to get an estimate for the concrete pad. One company wanted more than I wanted to pay and another was pretty low and did not provide any details. Neighborhood Creation came out to give me a quote, provided the details on what they will do and things I never thought of like adding a 6 inch perimeter to the 10x20 concrete pad. Also, they align the concrete pad with my house so the shed will be inline with my house when looking at it from the street which I didn't think of. They laid down board on my lawn so it wouldn't be destroyed by the heavy equipment and they dug up & removed all the tree roots where the pad was going to be poured and the concrete pad was level! The crew were nice and the job has exceeded all my expectations. And Yes I would use and recommend them.

I am well pleased with the skill that the crew has to give me a perfect result for my driveway and sidewalk. They arrived early and were polite. The job was done quickly and neatly.
