Need A Lift Auto

I broke down in Gary on my way home from work a young man pulled over and I for the life of me cannot remember his name I just have to say he was so very helpful and could see I was in distress. He helped me out, tried to troubleshoot my vehicle and get me started but it just wasn't happening. He told he was just finishing up his day as hot as it was out I very much appreciate him taking the time out to help me get to a safe place I strongly recommend their service they were very helpful and kind.

Have to say coming from Michigan City to south bend just to tow my truck they were on it! Very good time management and was very careful with my truck. Forever grateful for this company! Great communication

We needed our trailer towed from an i90 rest area while our truck was being repaired. They communicated with us often to meet up and towed and backed in the trailer at the rv site. Very friendly and helpful staff

Call to get a key made for a ford f650 we told them 45 mins to an hour . We arrived at location provided within the time frame given. The guy comes out and says oh I found my key , I dont need help!! And thats fine however he refused to pay us anything for the time and fuel, yet we could have been at another client. Now tell me why I shouldn't do the same to your company Edited. I have pictures, address and phone number of who requested the help 1810 e main st, last four digits of the number 2295

I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review because these guys were so incredibly speedy when I needed it. My car broke down right by the skyway as I was traveling for a girl's weekend at the end of August 2024. my stress was through the roof and I had no idea how we were going to get my car somewhere to be fixed. I used my insurance app to ask for a tow and I swear, within 5 minutes these guys called and said they were on the way. 10 minutes later my car was loaded and we were headed to my dealership. I felt taken care of and this was honestly the fastest service I've ever received before or since. I would recommend them every time. they definitely helped me reduce my stress and get me on my way.

Had a tow truck driver drop my car off crooked . His reason was that other cars were in the way but my drive way is literally 10ft away, that he could’ve backed in to and there is two entrances to the lot so there really was NO excuse. Now my car is blocking my neighbors parking spaces.

Went with these guys for the price. Got quoted $60 less than literally every where else. Got to me in good time, driver was social and friendly, and he took care of the car per my requests even tho it was totaled due to plans for a personal rebuild. Great service
