I would actually recommend this shop for collision repair. The work is high in quality, and they were communicative and helpful in assessing my vehicle's issue. However, I don't like having to pay more money to pay money; there’s a 3% processing fee for cards, which can get hefty when you start getting up to 6000-7000k, so that was very much unappreciated. It is clearly stated, but I feel like that's something businesses should eat instead of having customers pay it for them or having to work around trying to find cash or a cashier's check. Additionally, even after having an estimate from another shop, they were unwilling or unable to meet that, which ended up having me pay more than $1,000 more than I was willing. So, like most car mechanics these days, it's going to be a costly endeavor, but at least it will be a good result.
