Got a call today from a homeowner saying their water heater is out. Without seeing the water heater it was hard to diagnose so we met the homeowner in their new home in Salt Lake City within a few hours of them calling. It turned out we were able to get the water heater lit and repaired without having to replace the water heater. The homeowner was very happy they did not have to replace the water heater today. Hopefully, if the water heater goes out again they will call us and we can install a higher efficiency tankless unit! Happy to help Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas
