From start to finish NearMe roofing company did an exceptional job. We had some roof leaks in a home we just purchased and decided to replace the roof as a whole. The initial inspection was thorough, all of our questions answered and they worked with our timeline. The crew that performed the work were AWESOME, efficient and knocked it out in 2 days. Not only did they knock it out quickly but went above and beyond during clean-up and ensured nothing was left behind. I highly recommend this company for any roof work!

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Near Me Roofing company, and they did an excellent job. What I liked is that they used high quality materials, Malarkey Vista shingles that are (based on my independent research) better than most products on the market. The entire process and scheduling has been smooth, they were pretty flexible when it comes to install dates, especially since I had to work around getting two very large trees removed near the house (wanted to take care of the trees first). They showed up on time, early in the morning, delivered a dumpster and shingles and got to work quickly and efficiently. I’m impressed with the attention to detail, using metal flashing in all areas that are needed, and protecting critical areas of the roof. They also installed ridge vents along the entire roof ridge on both upper and lower sections, that improved attic ventilation. After the job was done, they cleaned everything well, there were no nails or materials left behind. Overall, I would highly recommend Near Me Roofing company for full roof replacement and repairs

Was extremely satisfied with the communication, professionalism, quality of work, and price from this company. We had a leak in our upstairs hallway bathroom and my daughter’s closet. Elijah didi a thorough check by climbing the attic and roof, got on their schedule the following week, and the crew did a fantastic job completing the repairs. Also great communication and foreman work by Alex. Now waiting for heavy rain!

I have different experience than most of the reviews here. I had a free scheduled roof inspection on Friday evening as I am close to replacing my roof. 2 guys came in for inspection who were friendly, did all their job of inspecting roof and windows. Took time to explain everything that GAF offers and also shared info on the 50 year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty details and transferable option everything went well. When they started sharing price, their 1st question is how much I can afford instead of what price they offer for the work at hand. I understand they can’t share all details of their pricing but they can be genuine in how they price. I said I can afford 500-600 per month and their estimate was $80k for a 2400 sft single family home. Nobody in the past gave such huge number for roof replacement and they started pushing to sign contract. I wasn’t really comfortable as the price was outrageous which later they reduced to $40k. As I grew more and more concerned they as I compared it with other vendor I recently received estimate from they started blaming them saying such people will charge 40% extra over contract, which thy don’t have to. Finally since I couldn’t sign contract on the same day before conforming with other folks for reviews on their work they were mad and left unhappy. Could have been better experience.
