Neal HVAC was terrific. I picked them because they are locally owned and had a wall of five-star reviews. Now I know why. When I called, the owner answered the phone himself and was out at my house within hours to look over the system. That alone impressed me. What I appreciated most was how straightforward he was. I told him I like simple systems and do not want to be upsold into a bunch of extras. He was exactly that kind of guy. Honest, practical, and easy to talk to. He gave me confidence right away. The install team was just as good. They went out of their way to be friendly, communicative, and respectful throughout the job. You could tell right away this is a team with a great culture. They show up like they enjoy working together, take pride in the work, and actually care about the customer experience. That combination is hard to find: responsive owner, no-pressure recommendations, great communication, and a crew that clearly works well together. Good local company. Good people. Good work. We got quotes from several places and the quote from Neal HVAC was very competitive. Chris is great at communicating and very prompt. He gave me good advice on which system would fit my needs. Chris and his team were all very professional! I felt comfortable leaving the house during installation. Other than all new equipment, you'd have no idea they were ever here. Cleaned up and left everything like it was. Great price and more importantly, no hidden fees. I highly recommend Neal's HVAC.

Neal HVAC has outstanding service and has truly exceptional people. I've used them several times, and they've been fantastic every time. A while back, I had a serious problem that another company couldn't fix despite over a year of repeated visits and multiple charges. I gave up on them and called Neal HVAC and they came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it right away. Most recently, I had a small problem and they came out immediately. The technicians arrived, pinpointed the issue right away, fixed it efficiently, and was on their way. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The owner treats you like he's working on his own home with no high-pressure sales, no scare tactics, no pushing unnecessary upgrades. Just honest, reliable service. Highly recommend!

2025 Review: 15 years ago, Chris at Neal HVAC saw how helpless/desperate my wife and I were with our hobbling AC system. He took amazing care of us and installed a new HVAC system with all the bells and whistles available at the time. He basically made a customer for life in 2010. 15 years *later*, Chris and his team did exactly the same thing with our new 2025 HVAC system. Flawless installation in less than a day (and with perfectly mild weather to boot), meticulous cleanup, and fantastic customer service as always. For 3 dudes rooting around in our hallway and attic installing the thing, you'd have thought they were trained by ninjas. Throughout the entire day, Chris, Juan and G didn't disrupt or "get in the way" of my wife and I while we worked from home, and got it all done without a hitch. Chris even updated the pedestal that our outside unit would sit on so now it will remain safe, dry and out of the way of any rainwater. Excellent job, but who are we kidding -it was totally expected. Thanks again Chris and Neal HVAC! You guys are the best.

I don’t know where to start. I thought it was crazy that a company would have a perfect 5-star rating here, but they are not kidding. I now understand! Great experience all around. My furnace wasn’t working and Chris was quick to schedule, very responsive. G and Juan showed up on time and figured out what was wrong, did a fantastic job, very friendly, very professional. They went so far as to remove their shoes when entering, I can’t even get my own family to do that. Great price too. They even neatened up the gas connection. I will 100% be using Neal HVAC for anything that comes up in the future.

Absolutely excellent service. Chris and Gersham and the rest of the team at Neal hvac installed a new unit at my house and they did an aboslutely excellent job. With attention to detail, punctuality, communication, care for the property and fair and honest pricing. Neal AC did a fantastic job communicating and helping us decide how we wanted to solve our AC issues. They showed up on time, did fantastic work, and had the best pricing between the 3 quotes I recieved. I would highly recommend letting Neal AC work on your unit!
