Called after another company failed to turn up. NE WasteAway arrived within 24 hours, on a Saturday, for the same price as the other company, they were done in 10 minutes and the lads were really canny. Recommended and will use again.

They offer a brilliant service where they clear your waste for you and remove it and it's cheaper than actually taking stuff to a business which receives waste only!

My saviours! Never going anywhere but "local" when choosing these services again, and if in NE, choose these guys! Excellent service RE pricing, efficiency, care, communication and friendliness. After several unfruitful phone calls, 1 big letdown and a second service making me uneasy, I contact Mark from NE WasteAway at 9.30 with my abbreviated life story, begging for an urgent pick up as soon as possible this morning. He promised me before 12 with a call from his team prior to arrival. None of this online nonsense with no human beings, the personal touch felt genuine and there was obvious attention to doing the job with compassion! BARELY AN HOUR LATER, the team told me they were 10 minutes away. Two lovely lads came to remove my items with speed, taking as much care as possible, and with lots of smiles and banter. Not only that, but compared to my other quotes, the team saved me nearly £300! Good luck to the lad hoping to join the army, I'm sure they'll have a great time with you! Absolute disgrace, asked them for help taking waste away and they confirmed they could, then on the day I got radio silence from them, no calls, no reply to my calls and no replies to my emails Shocking and messed me around causing me to pay a fine due to my waste being ready for them to collect shameful
