Contacted Dave late evening ( after managing to secure the door for the night). He came first thing the next morning and replaced a new gear box mechanism. Checked everything was working and made a few corrections from previous problems - all sorted. Really friendly and high standard service - work came with a 12 month warranty. Would highly recommend. Absolutely brilliant service again. This was the second time David has done work at my property and, once again, the job was done perfectly. Really good communication throughout — everything was explained clearly and nothing was a hassle. The work itself was spot on and carried out to a really high standard. Had a problem with my upvc front door which I couldn’t open, it was completely jammed. Contacted David who came and rectified the problem within 12hrs of me reporting the issue. He explained everything and made sure that I was 100% happy with the job that had been carried out. Really canny and honest guy who did an amazing job. In the most stressful situation, David was the most kind and friendly person to give ring and help us out. After losing my key and panicking I called NE Locksmiths and David was super nice and offered to help straight away. He went the extra mile to help me get to the house after being stuck a while away. Veryy reasonably priced and amazing service! Got the locks sorted in record time and even upgraded my very old locks. Wow, what can I say! We were locked out of our new house after an extremely stressful moving day that went very wrong. We rang David at 7am the following morning and he was there within the hour, locks changed within minutes and we were in.
