I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I was clearly told that they would use hair colour products without ammonia, but I later found out that ammonia was used, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the final hair colour was completely different from the colour I had chosen. I trusted their advice and expected them to deliver what was promised, but unfortunately, neither the product nor the result met my expectations. A salon should be honest and transparent about the products they use and should respect the customer’s choice. I am very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend this salon to anyone who values honest service and professional results. One star only for hair cut
