All businesses need a license to start and operate without any legal issues. Therefore before starting a cloud kitchen it is mandatory to procure licenses from Department of Economic Development and other government bodies. We should acquire the following license:
Trade License : Dubai Economy is the department which issues the trade license. Moreover, we should also take care about other factors like trade name reservation, preparing all the documents etc.
Food License : The Dubai Municipality’s Food Safety Department is responsible for issuing Food License. One needs to procure a food license after they obtain the trade license.
Thus it is very important to have these in place before starting a cloud kitchen.
