Naybur Contracting

We had Adam in to do some work on our bathroom on short notice. We were very impressed by his responsiveness, work ethic and attention to detail. He went above and beyond and was even able to set aside time to do some additional day of repairs. Would highly recommend Naybur and Adam and would not hesitate to use them again for any minor or major work!

We recently had a Very Poor experience with Adam and Naybur Contracting. At the beginning, Adam was very friendly and accommodating but once he received our money and actually started the job, he completely changed his attitude and was very difficult to deal with. We initially asked him about his hours of work and we were told "I'm a 9 to 5 guy". Adam & his buddy worked 3 hours on Wednesday, 3 hours on Thursday and didn’t show up on Friday. On Saturday, we texted about his work hours, Adam called and was very aggressive. He told us that the job would take a week and he could work whenever he wanted as long as he was finished "within the week". Otherwise, he could demolish the part that he had already done and just leave. Very rude. Then he shows up late Monday morning and tells us our next payment is “Overdue” - which we were Not. Very rude. On Tuesday, Adam and his buddy were running around like crazy people trying to get the job finished ("within the week"). Late Tuesday afternoon, we were out celebrating our wedding anniversary when Adam announces that he finally finished . He demanded final payment immediately and Again, he threatened to demolish the deck if I didn’t cancel my anniversary plans and return home to pay him. Rude and Unprofessional. Adam starts out being congenial and friendly before he is awarded the job but then becomes was very rude and obnoxious, confrontational, threatening and unprofessional.
