Naxos Rock Villas

Wow, the nostalgia! 🥰Our stay at Naxos Rock Villas made us feel calm, relaxed, and completely at ease from the very first moment. Set in a truly unique location, surrounded by raw natural beauty and overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea, the sense of privacy and serenity is exceptional. The peaceful atmosphere allows you to fully disconnect and enjoy the moment. Despite being immersed in a beautiful natural landscape, the villas were impeccably clean and extremely well maintained, which immediately stood out. The design is elegant and refined, blending Cycladic simplicity with modern luxury. The private pool and spacious terrace became our favorite places to unwind, whether in the quiet mornings or during the magical sunsets.🌅 The hosts John and Zina as well as all staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive, always available and happy to assist, while the services were smooth and thoughtfully organized. Everything felt effortless and carefully taken care of. Naxos Rock Villas is not just a place to stay, but an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and truly privileged to have been there. A dream destination we would gladly return to. 🔜 P.S.: the location of the villas was truly helpful since we were close to both the city center as well as our favorite beaches of Plaka and Agios Prokopios. Absolutely loved our stay here! We were in the Icarus suite which was so comfortable. The pool wasn’t heated, so it wasn’t that enjoyable in October, but I can imagine it being just perfect in the hot summer months. The cleaners brought fresh food for meals, including homemade baklava and spanakopitas! The tap water is drinkable but they also provided unlimited bottled water. The local cats were amazingly friendly and very clean, perfect for snuggles. The villa is up on a very steep hill, so you’ll definitely want to rent a car if you plan to stay here. We would definitely come here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Naxos Rock Villas! We stayed in the Zeus suite and had so much room, plus a beautiful terrace and pool with great views of Naxos town. Vasilis was attentive and assisted with anything we needed, and even gifted us wine for our honeymoon and a small gift upon departure. The villa was clean and comfortable. There were also two friendly cats who wandered around quite a bit and came right up to us. The only downside, which is not the villas fault, is that you cannot walk into the town from the villas, but they do partner with a cab service for that reason. Overall a wonderful stay!

Naxos Rock Villas is more amazing than we could have ever imagined. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a breathtaking experience. Breakfasts by the pool were incredible! Huge shoutout to John for being an amazing host and ensuring we had a wonderful experience on the island of Naxos.

Our stay at Rock Villa Naxos - KOUROS villa, was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The villa itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and with every comfort you could imagine. The views are absolutely breathtaking; waking up to the sunrise over Naxos was a highlight of our trip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace, or exploring the island, the villa felt like the perfect base. Everything about Rock Villa Naxos exceeded our expectations — the combination of comfort, beauty, and outstanding hospitality makes it a truly special place. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

I booked this under the impression that it’s a hotel as it states but it’s of an Airbnb. There is no reception, no room service, and the “breakfast included” is a fridge with grocery items you have to make yourself. I book vacations to be pampered and have breakfast made and delivered to me. This also means no fresh cappuccinos. However a nespresso machine is provided in room. When stating ‘breakfast included’ on the website of a “4* hotel” I believe these key details should be mentioned. It was peaceful at first until we got neighbors. The walls are PAPER THIN. Absolutely no sleeping in. The guy who checked us in was sitting at our neighbors room with them hanging out. If they are going to have friends and family stay here, they could ask them to be quiet. There are cameras on property but they are all aimed directly at your door. I found this extremely odd. Regardless of the cameras there’s no privacy anyways. Housekeeping is daily but they just empty trash and refill things that are empty. No new towels. No actual cleaning. We had made bacon and it looked like they took a dry towel to the burners and smeared the grease around. I’d have cleaned it myself but they don’t leave any cleaning spray product in the room. Not trying to be rude but to set expectations, we’ve stayed in 3* hotels with more service than this. Like I said, it feels like an Airbnb aside from the daily housekeeping. Our stay wasn’t horrible but I was thrilled to move on to our next island. 3 nights was much too long. In the end we asked for a late check out (since we weren’t getting to sleep in & because of having to take a late ferry) and were told they had other guests coming. This was a lie as I went on their site and tried to book the room for that night and it was going to let me. So the only thing I could think is they were going to have more friends and family coming to stay to use our room. Honestly, if my expectations were set clear from the start, I may have been able to give a better rating if I knew what I would be getting prior to booking.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here! The views are amazing and the rooms are nothing short of five stars. John was very helpful throughout our whole stay with local restaurant recommendations. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items and the cleaning staff was perfect. We hope to return to Naxos so that we can stay here again!

I made a reservation on July 21, 2025 for June of 2026. I made this reservation through their website, www.naxosrockvillas.com, and received a confirmation number as well. The terms of the reservation I made stated that payment was required upon making the reservation. My card was never charged and I have since sent multiple emails looking to confirm my reservation, all with no response. I even reached out to them on WhatsApp, also with no response. Something is off about this place. The card I used to make this reservation is no longer active, so no charge was made but just a warning that communication is beyond poor.

The Naxos Rock Villas was such a beautiful hotel. John was an amazing host. The fridge came stocked with breakfast essentials (eggs, bread, bacon) which was a very nice perk. Upon realizing it was our honeymoon, John brought us pastries and other goodies to help us celebrate. The hotel truly felt like you were staying at your families home. The views are amazing and our balcony in the Zeus suite was unreal. The hotel room had plenty of space. We hope to return one day.

Naxos Rock Villas was heaven!!! Both Spiro and his father, John made every attempt to make our stay amazing from start to finish. Although these are beautiful well kept Villas, their attention to detail was nothing less than staying at a five star hotel. They provided a surplus of food, snacks, and helped us with restaurant, beach, boat recommendations. Made reservations for us, provided us with a great taxi cab service. The Villas were immaculate and the views were breathtaking. Do not hesitate to book these Villas and enjoy a beautiful time in Naxos. This family run business is top notch. They are friendly, kind, accommodating, and honest. Thank you for the most wonderful experience and helping me plan a beautiful trip for our family. Spiro and John you are amazing!!!!
