Navo & Sons Inc

I usually have good service with Navo & Sons. I have been using them since 2018, but after the service I received from them 7-10-25, I will no longer be using their services. They failed to call me before they came so I could direct them to the 16' service gate for full access to my septic tank, but they just used the 3 ' walk in patio gate to run their large suction line across the patio, furniture and pots on the patio breaking 4 of them and scratching the chair.

The truck showed up on schedule. The office was able to make a last minute addition to the order for them to pump and inspect both tanks instead of only the one scheduled. Work was done quickly and efficiently and everything cleaned up afterwards. And there was a great discount for paying when the work was complete!

The men showed up on time and had us back in action in no time at all , Very happy with there service ,

Very nice guys. Have used them for years. They dug open and closed. Put dirt on tarps so nothing left in grass. Super clean job.

Showed up on time; polite and pleasant to deal with; got to work immediately; finished up in expected time frame; explained findings of inspection.

Multiple visits to locate tank, excavate openings, drain tank, install risers, and refill dirt. Appreciate all the work!
