Hello, I am from Switzerland and this weekend I made a trip to Mysore. Today I had my first experience in a spa. It was an unforgettable experience. When I walked through the door, I was surprised by a Beautiful and relaxing facility. The staff was very friendly and treated me with care. The massage was very comfortable and I was really enjoying the massage. From facilities to equipment and staff, it is a very high standard. I can recommend it to everyone.

The massage itself was excellent—very relaxing with the right intensity. However, during the session, the therapist left unexpectedly without informing me, leaving me uncovered and waiting for about 10 minutes. This was uncomfortable, especially as it was quite cold in the room. A simple explanation or notice would have been appreciated. After the massage, a shower was provided, which was a nice touch. However, both the shower area and the therapy room lacked windows, making the spaces feel damp, stuffy, and even a bit moldy. Overall, while the massage quality was great, improvements in communication and better ventilation in the facilities would enhance the experience.

The massage was pretty good, BUT i had paid for a ONE HOUR massage. I got called in at 7:30PM, then give and take a few mins to get changed. By the time the masseuse was done and I checked my phone for the time, it was 8:19PM. The masseuse had walked out of the room as soon as it finished, so i mentioned it to the receptionist. He only apologized & said “oh maybe because closing time.” Before the massage, i had even checked with google AND the receptionist for the closing time @8:30-9:00PM. They should mention this, that the masseuse may not be able to complete the 60mins, before accepting customers. I guess that’s what you get for a discounted package? He “couldn’t” do anything about it, because you have to pay in advance, which i did. Although everywhere else in the world it’s always pay after. A note to international travellers, they do not accept foreign cards, cash only. If pay by card, they charge a bit more. The reception area is beautiful, but the room inside needs maintenance. I picked this place because of the high reviews, but overall experience comme ci comme ca. Not a very good experience.

Worst massage ever I have experienced,

The best massage I have received till date. The masseuse was knowledgeable enough to target the stiff muscles and massage till the stiffness was released. And the stretches were so good that I felt more flexible in just one session. Though I was just passing by Mysore, this place will be one more reason to visit Mysore again. The entire service from the reception to exit was excellent. Kudos to the team😊Wish you guys the best for the future.

Thank you very much to the massage therapist who did an amazing job. All of the team are kind and friendly. They also decreased the price for us because of a defect device, which shows the quality of the wellness spa!! Thanks from my heart, it was healing.

Place clean. Hygienic. But massage too poor. Today I visited. I taken combo 2 pacage. Its 2 hours. First 30 minutes is good, after she ask me for special masssage. I am interested. So ask how much? She ask me for double amount of pacage. Its out of my budget. I can pay half of pacage amount. When she understand i am not much interested on special massage she start killing time. Next one and half hour she go out side 4 times. Between 3 to 4 minutes She completed my hands and chest massage. She told me jagguci 15 minutes and steam 15 minutes. After she go never come back. In that room no clock. So i don't know i taken full time service. My start time 04:58 pm when I come out it's 06:40. When I ask reception that guy told I already use 2 hour 15 minutes. Friends my suggestion is if u need special massage u must be ready to pay double amout. If u want just a (so called) professional massage, definitely u will be disappointed.
