Tina was my masseuse. She did a very good deep tissue, not too hard not too light. Ive had many massages all over the word, Vietnam to Thailand to USA. This ranks in the top 5. Personable staff, good ambiance, and clean.

The therapist was extremely competent & the massage was precisely what I needed. The therapist "Jessy" was very skillful and calmness. I felt so much better following the session. This was the nicest first-time massage I've experienced. This massage will reduce pain and muscular tightness by breaking up adhesions and knots. . Hello, I am from Switzerland and this weekend I made a trip to Mysore. Today I had my first experience in a spa. It was an unforgettable experience. When I walked through the door, I was surprised by a Beautiful and relaxing facility. The staff was very friendly and treated me with care. The massage was very comfortable and I was really enjoying the massage. From facilities to equipment and staff, it is a very high standard. I can recommend it to everyone.

Came for Couple Massage & Took Seperate Table Rooms but fully Left with Disappointed. No Service for Ladies. Not recommended.

The massage itself was excellent—very relaxing with the right intensity. However, during the session, the therapist left unexpectedly without informing me, leaving me uncovered and waiting for about 10 minutes. This was uncomfortable, especially as it was quite cold in the room. A simple explanation or notice would have been appreciated. After the massage, a shower was provided, which was a nice touch. However, both the shower area and the therapy room lacked windows, making the spaces feel damp, stuffy, and even a bit moldy. Overall, while the massage quality was great, improvements in communication and better ventilation in the facilities would enhance the experience.

The massage was pretty good, BUT i had paid for a ONE HOUR massage. I got called in at 7:30PM, then give and take a few mins to get changed. By the time the masseuse was done and I checked my phone for the time, it was 8:19PM. The masseuse had walked out of the room as soon as it finished, so i mentioned it to the receptionist. He only apologized & said “oh maybe because closing time.” Before the massage, i had even checked with google AND the receptionist for the closing time @8:30-9:00PM. They should mention this, that the masseuse may not be able to complete the 60mins, before accepting customers. I guess that’s what you get for a discounted package? He “couldn’t” do anything about it, because you have to pay in advance, which i did. Although everywhere else in the world it’s always pay after. A note to international travellers, they do not accept foreign cards, cash only. If pay by card, they charge a bit more. The reception area is beautiful, but the room inside needs maintenance. I picked this place because of the high reviews, but overall experience comme ci comme ca. Not a very good experience.
