Your New Year Goals!
If you are looking for an excellent way to set goals and manifest positive outcomes for the year ahead, I invite you to participate in an Oriental New Year Ritual I have practiced every year since 1966, with my clients, patients, friends, family, and students.
First, write all the negative things you want to eliminate from your life on a piece of paper. Rip it up into pieces. Then burn it!
Next, take another piece of paper and write subheads of your choice from as many of the Chinese Feng Shui categories listed below as you would like: Career, Education, Art, Spirit, Finances, Wealth, Abundance, Health, Children + Creativity, Fame, Marriage + Relationship. Friendship, Family, Centeredness, Faith, Helpful People and Travel, Fitness, Knowledge + Self Development, Discipline, Motivation. Include whatever is important to you!
Under each subheading, write your positive goals for the New Year as statements, fold up the paper, seal it in an envelope, and address it to yourself with a postage stamp. Local people can hand it to me in person, or people who live far away can put their letter in a bigger envelope and mail it to me:
