Outstanding customer service at Natural Green Cleaner! I have been coming here since 2023! The team and owner is attentive, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. My winter jacket looks great every time, I get compliments on how new it looks every year!

Natural Green Cleaners took amazing care of my Mackage coat. I’ve been searching for a few months now for a place that can work with real fur and I was always so skeptical and unsure. Upon meeting the owner, he assured me that he would take great care and use high quality products, and after seeing his work I felt much more confident in his work. I am amazed with how perfect my coat came out. It smells great, feels great, and looks brand new too! I’m SO happy! Thank you a million Kevin!!!

Owner was really nice, had a good experience when dropping off my clothes, they did a really nice job 👍 however the girl cashing me out made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think the owner accidentally gave me the wrong quote counting one of my jackets as a hoodie by mistake and accidentally quoting me less for it, which happens and I don’t care about silly mistakes like that, I wouldn’t care had they just charged me more at pick up saying the initial pricing was wrong. But that’s not what the girl cashing me out did, she kind of made a big deal about it, saying how the owner made a mistake and that it’s not her fault, and that she wanted to let me know that in the future my jacket will be priced as a jacket and not a hoodie, she said she had to let me know that because clients get mad when they’re told a different price at pick up. Okay but why are you telling me this? I didn’t get mad neither did I complain once. It was just a very awkward exchange. I don’t know if she meant to but she came off as a bit rude.

Brought my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned. This was my dress I wore 10 years ago but never got around to get cleaned. There were, dirt marks, 10 year old stains yet they managed to get it all out! I wasn't hopeful going in, but they worked their magic! The owner was very friendly and helpful too. One happy customer! 100% would use them again!
