Nationwide Gutters

We needed new guttering front and back of a terraced period Victorian 1885 house. The back of the house was in most need of replacing. Nationwide Gutters representative was great initially in assessing what needed replacing and advising on type of guttering. The main issues we had after payment of €1750 for materials was scheduling of work. Even allowing for weather delays and exact measurements it took so long for the fitting to be completed. Weeks past between the front and the back of house being completed. When I complained about lack of communication, consideration and completion (even when we were asked for final payment before the work had even been finished) I was treated like I was expecting too much. I was told in writing that they are very busy and doing their best. Look, I am happy with the final results but from start to finish it took 3 months. We were made to feel as if we were not a priority as they had a big job elsewhere which they confirmed. I honestly never post negative reviews however we were waiting 3 years to afford to get new guttering and we felt very small in terms of Nationwide Gutters priorities after our experience.

I needed leaky cast iron guttering replaced on a period build I am doing up slowly. From my first engagement with Michael to the implementation by Ray and Stuart, Nationwide Gutters were highly professional and did a great job. Michael talked me through the pros and cons of all options with professional balance, and on site Ray checked all decisions with me prior to proceeding.
