I had 12 hail dents on my hood, one dent on the roof, three dents on the rear deck and two dents on my door and he removed all of them in a day. He transformed my dented car into a new new. Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with NDR. They seriously covered everything. I filed a claim for hail damage for 2 vehicles with my insurance, who told me to take it to whatever shop I want. I live in Franklin, but found NDR on Google. All I had to do was give them my insurance claim number and everything after that went incredibly smoothly. First off, they came from Nashville to Franklin and dropped off two rental cars (my insurance said I’d need to do this, but NDR did it for me). And the rental cars were upgraded and I didn’t need to pay for bigger/nicer rentals. When my cars were done, they came back and dropped them off and picked up the rentals. The cars were completely fixed, pristine, and they did detailed the vehicles. When I asked them how I should pay my $500 deductible, they told me not to worry about it. Seriously? Keep the money I’m supposed to pay you? Wow that’s all I can say. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ask for Alvin Lozano!

We had a crease in our door that stood out like a sore thumb. Getting an estimate and then setting an appointment was all done via texts which is very convenient. I was early to my appointment with Diego but he was ready to go. An hour later the dent was completely gone and the price was very reasonable. Diego was a pleasure to work with. Exceptional Service from Nashville Dent Repair! This past Friday, I walked out of T.J. Maxx/HomeGoods to find someone had slammed their car door into mine, leaving a pretty big dent — and a few smaller ones too. I was furious. Beyond furious.
