Both Jonas and Laura were absolutely the best. They explained everything in great detail, very patiently, caring and made sure that we understood everything. I was truly surprised and excited about the fact that they were both so professional. They actually felt like family and because of that we’re gonna literally go with them with all the other business that they can do that we have we’re gonna transfer it all to them. It’s team members like them that make the customer experience so great when you have them and it’s rare during these times to have two great people such as Laura and Jonas. I have used this organization twice. I cannot say enough about them. Kind, empathetic, clear planning and costs. They respond rapidly to calls, emails. My mother died at home and the gentlemen who retrieved her were excellent. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing. Thankful my mother set this up prior to her passing. Care for your loved ones even after you have gone by making sure the most heart breaking time isn’t consumed with “what do we do” and “how do we do it”. They did not send an overbearing "expert" to manipulate me; they sent an active listener who listened patiently to my questions and my wife's questions and gave honest, straightforward feedback. I have, for years, opted out of those dinners with presentations. If I had known this way of learning about my cremation options was available forty years ago, I probably would have signed up then.

A Mr. Thomas Calabrase came to my house for this meeting. He was polite, nice, with a good presentation. My wish is that my sons will have an easy, professional experience with National Cremation.

Everything went well no pressure on choices of items, I was also given the opportunity to purchase my own items. Everything was explain as to what the procedure entailed. I would definitely recommend National Cremation Society.

My daughter & I first met with John at his office, but because of work additional appointments were done over phone. John was very accommodating. Everything was explained very thoroughly. We are satisfied with the plan we chose and hope we don't have to use it for a long time.

National Cremation Society made a very difficult time, much easier for me and my family. The funeral director Judy is phenomenal, knowledgeable and so caring. Judy went out of her way to always be available to help with the final wishes of my father, and she treated him with dignity and respect. I know that my dad was in good hands every step of the way. There was a bow tie in my dad’s pant pocket, and Judy returned it to me after he was cremated, in case I wanted it as a keepsake. She is so thoughtful and caring. Makesha in the office is also amazing, answering every question with expertise and never missing the phone when it rings! Call them for your funeral needs, you’ll be grateful you did!

This was a simple and thorough process. It was easy to understand from beginning to the end of life. Our representative was kind, knowledgeable and didn't leave any detail un-done. Compassion is in every detail. I will not be burdening my family with making burial choices from a salesman, at a most difficult time in a person's life. We recommend National Cremation Society if you are thinking about your end of life choices.
