During one of the most difficult times in my life, National Cremation Service showed true compassion and professionalism. Ryan, Elizabeth, and Melody were all incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Their care and gentle guidance brought comfort to my family, and we are deeply grateful for the dignity and respect they showed our loved one. I highly recommend their services.

My brother, Samuel Rhea recently passed and National Cremation Services handled everything for us. They were extremely professional and supportive in every way. Ryan and Elizabeth were very helpful and kind and so much so that I will be planning my own arrangements with them. Their personal touches and concern for our family is what stands out. In times of grief this is the compassion and kindness that counts.

National Cremation took care of my wife after her passing. I could not have picked a better service. They were kind, courteous respectful and affordable. For one price they did everything. The salesman even came to our hotel room while my wife was alive and she picked out her urn. It could not have been a better experience during a terrible time.

This cremation service located in Katy, Texas, is wonderful. I mainly worked with the service manager, Ryan, but her assistant, Melody, was also very helpful. They were both kind and patient with answering all my questions. I never felt rushed through the entire process and everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

It's like getting a monkey off my back. The clock is ticking and to know that my children will not have to face these decisions, is comforting. Becky answered all my questions and I left feeling assured that my wishes would be followed.

We met with Brenda Hill for about an hour and she explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. I feel very good about leaving this important decision in the hands of National Cremation Service.

I went to a traditional funeral home to price out a simple cremation and was horrified by the price. I happened to see the sign for National Cremation as I drove home and researched it online. I recently met with them and was pleasantly surprised by their pricing and service. They made it easy (& affordable) to preplan and prepay so my children don't have to worry about this. I highly recommend you check them out. They're nationwide and have been in business a long time!

I chose national cremation service because of its scope of service, value for the money, economical and it meets a basic need and responsibility as an individual. My mother had all of her funeral plans decided and paid for when she went on to be with the Lord. I appreciated that I did not have to make any decisions during my time of loss. I have always been open to cremation. I believe that it is a lesser expense to dispose of my physical body. I do not want my sons to hahaveo make any decisions about the whole process of death and dying.

The team at NCS was exceptional during a very difficult time - the loss of both of my parents. Fortunately they had made pre-arrangements with NCS. Ryan was compassionate and thorough - explaining everything and quickly returning multiple calls and email messages. I would recommend NCS to anyone.

In a very difficult time, National Cremation Service made everything involving my brother’s cremation and funeral services so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. They picked up the body very soon after the death and soon met with my sister and me to help with the choosing of an urn. Then they coordinated the funeral service with the Houston National Cemetery. Everything went well. They checked with me several times to see how my sister and I were doing. They were very caring from our first meeting. I could not recommend them more highly.
