I chose national cremation service because of its scope of service, value for the money, economical and it meets a basic need and responsibility as an individual. My mother had all of her funeral plans decided and paid for when she went on to be with the Lord. I appreciated that I did not have to make any decisions during my time of loss. I have always been open to cremation. I believe that it is a lesser expense to dispose of my physical body. I do not want my sons to hahaveo make any decisions about the whole process of death and dying.

I went to a traditional funeral home to price out a simple cremation and was horrified by the price. I happened to see the sign for National Cremation as I drove home and researched it online. I recently met with them and was pleasantly surprised by their pricing and service. They made it easy (& affordable) to preplan and prepay so my children don't have to worry about this. I highly recommend you check them out. They're nationwide and have been in business a long time!

The team at NCS was exceptional during a very difficult time - the loss of both of my parents. Fortunately they had made pre-arrangements with NCS. Ryan was compassionate and thorough - explaining everything and quickly returning multiple calls and email messages. I would recommend NCS to anyone.

In a very difficult time, National Cremation Service made everything involving my brother’s cremation and funeral services so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. They picked up the body very soon after the death and soon met with my sister and me to help with the choosing of an urn. Then they coordinated the funeral service with the Houston National Cemetery. Everything went well. They checked with me several times to see how my sister and I were doing. They were very caring from our first meeting. I could not recommend them more highly. My husband and I did a preneed arrangement with the national cremation Society about eight years ago. This year my husband passed away after a few months of illness. It was extremely easy to notify the cremation society using the card that we always carried in our wallets. This way we always had the information with us in case it was necessary. We received a beautiful box containing information on what to do and a wooden urn along with a photo frame that has room for some of the ashes.They were quite easy to contact and they kept in touch with me for the past month. They have helped me with burial arrangements and receiving the debt certificates. In my dealings with this company, I realize that when it is my time to pass that my family will be well taken care of and will receive the help that they need. I highly recommend the national cremation service.

Excellent service and bedside manner. They check in with me periodically, which makes me feel seen and heard. Will set up c a plan for myself soon.

Unless you experience the loss of a loved one, it is truly difficult to explain the first 24 - 48 hours. You tell yourself you have a plan and are ready for this day.....until the day comes. The National Cremation Services partnering with Neptune made the "process" respectfully seamless.
